The representative understood my financial situation and was able to get me a full refund at a time where every penny counts. They put the customer and consumer first and they came through! i am so grateful. Very friendly and helpful since the first communication with them.

I couldn't do something as small as bookmark a page, and we went back and forth probably 5 or 6 emails, and the Shift team was always very prompt and clear on what they needed from me. Honestly, I held off on contacting because I felt it wasn't worth the hassle, and I wish I'd reached out sooner. Very impressed.

Before shift I had three monitors with three different browsers- Chrome, Edge, and Firefox- open with 20+ tabs each. Finding things was next to impossible and the amount of memory that was taken up by all these open tabs was just insane. Shift and workspaces makes all of that unnecessary.

Customer service immediately corrected a billing issue and refunded my money, without questioning my situation or motives. Adjusted my account as necessary and informed me of the final status.

Everything was great! Had to transition my primary account and it went smoothly once initiated.
Only drawback is that I'm on the east coast, so although I work as late as 5:00 pacific coast time, I start at 8:00 east coast time. I started my ticket late and had to wait for pacific coast to catch up to my work day.

Honestly, using Chrome I already have access to multiple account of mail, drive, calendar simply clicking on the tab. Paying $150/year to have the same thing seems to me impractical for a company that already pays subscriptions to other apps such as asana, trello or microsoft which, however, have no substitutes. Not worth the expense

I was advertised this product quite a bit and thought it'd be a good way to consolidate all of my applications and be able to manage my workflow's much better. Little did I know that you can't even split tabs (i.e. two tabs in a workspace vertically or horizontally), nor can you use screen sharing on Slack due to not being able to have pop out windows. I've purchased Rambox instead, which has all of those features and seems like a much better product.

The TryShift team are super responsive and responded back to me back quickly with clarification and suggestions. In my recent case, their suggestion simply and immediately fixed an issue created by another piece of software on my system. (long before I got any response from the other vendor who failed dismally)
