I had made an appointment for my oven to be cleaned, however they were very unprofessional and didn’t even turn up. I had no communication from them and they did not reply to my messages.
I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
Two Ladies came today to clean our large farmhouse oven and did a fantastic job. Left it very and and tidy. Would recommend. Thank you.
Aimee came & cleaned my single oven & hood today. Absolutely delighted with the results. She protected the floor with a cover & all mess was cleaned up & taken away. This is the second time I have used this service & I will do again. Highly recommend.
Had a clean booked in for today. We contacted them to inform them about where to park. This was booked in about 6 weeks ago. They replied with a message to state that they couldn’t attend as they had over booked. We had 5 others who said they could have come today but due to commitment from this cleaning company we declined. Completely let down! From reading the other reviews, sounds like we have dodged a bullet! Avoid at all costs!!
Avoid at all costs. Not only are the oven & hob still filthy, the enamel is scratched beyond repair as they used steel scourers. Blocked on FB & ignoring my emails. Insisted on being paid cash despite advertising on their now disappeared website that they take card payments. Insured? then why aren't they letting me know who with so I can make a claim.
Excellent service at a value for money price. Jodie also offered advice about buying an oven liner to prevent further enamel damage.
I didn’t want to have to write this as leaving negative reviews isn’t my thing but I don’t want this happening to anyone else . I had my oven cleaned today by this company communication at the start was good, they cleaned the oven and if I’m honest the inside of the oven was ok ! But the oven glass was greasy the glass wasn’t fixed back into place , along with this my kitchen was left a mess with the mess from the oven being on my floor and on the side of my quartz worktops, and they also damaged a draw that was under the oven. I contacted the business on Facebook and let them know, sent them pictures etc they offered to knock me £15 off the clean , if I’m honest I was more bothered about the mess and the damage and I was ok with paying some towards the oven although I wouldn’t be prepared to pay full amount , I asked them what they can do about my draw and she said they weren’t prepared to do anything other than waiver the full amount for the clean which is fair but unfortunately won’t cover the cost of the draw damage , I asked if maybe she was covered by insurance and this is when they blocked me ! So I’m currently left with a half done oven, a damaged draw and left with the mess to clear up . Please just be cautious of using them and check to see if they have insurance maybe in case any damage !
Davvero fantastico persone gentili e molto disponibili professionalità unica complimenti
Oven not properly cleaned, grease and debris left on, wouldn’t recommend
