To drop down the bike rack involves removing pin. It would be good to have an integrated latch to make it easier to lower the rack.

I have only received the dolly and not the rack.

Bought the 5 rack and turned up when they said it would.

I believe the product is good and very good quality easy to remove bikes,my issue is ,I had 2 ebikes on mine the rack held up through countless trips but I was noticing my front wheels were getting bent so I ended up modifying it so it was more like the 3 4 5 bike rakes with the wheels in line with the vehicle haven't had a issue since.

Everything was delivered and received as expected. Assembly was easy with the video and paper instructions. The Bike rack works perfectly as it was intended.
I chose this rack as it was 10KG lighter than other similar racks. it makes it easy to install and remove from the car with only one person.

Quality product that makes it easy to transport bikes. I need to transport MTS and eMTBs. The weight of eMTBs is a limitation for most bike racks. As I have a small Subaru, I opted for the three bike version as this ensures that I don’t exceed the capacity of the tow bar when carrying eMTBs. The narrow profile of the rack also ensures that the bikes don’t exceed the width of the car and interfere with the rear facing sensors of the car. My older rack has the bikes parallel to the bumper bar and occasionally the overhanging wheels make the car falsely indicate there is an approaching car, though the reversing sensors do still detect the rack.
The foot operated release of the Shingleback makes loading heavy eMTBs easy. Shingleback racks aren’t the cheapest racks available, but the build quality and convenience are outstanding.

Product delivered quickly. But best of all was the quality of the product. Made tough and looks like it will last forever with some general care. Good clear instructions made it very simple to assemble. Super simple to load and unload bikes. A little bit on the heavier side but that is because it’s built solid. Great Aussie product.
