I don't want to even give them one star and I wished I would have read reviews about company before ordering. I to have been ripped off by this company. I ordered 3 bra's $ 50.00. I didn't even know until after I ordered that it was coming from China. I received the bras of course they didn't fit. My first email they responded asking for order number ect. I sent information still haven't heard anything from them yet. I've sent a total of 12 email. Is there anything that can be done? I think it should be mandatory for company's over seas to list and good contact number and post that shipment is coming from China ect

Agreed, money hungry company does not care about the customer, only the bottom dollar. Horrible company and customer service. DO MOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

This is the worst example of customer service, professionalism, stand by your product that I've ever seen in my life. I was unhappy with a product and they actually refused to give me return instructions, let me speak to a supervisor and spoke disgustingly when they would actually respond. Please DO NOT BUY FROM SHINYGLAMY!!! YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF, BE UNHAPPY AND MADE TO FEEL DISGRACED. I still get shivers about it.

Do not shop from this company their delivery takes forever, the product then send you is not even made properly and if you are unsatisfied with your purchase they will not refund or exchange even if that’s what their return policy says they will do... HORRIBLE SERVICE they don’t even deserve a star at all

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES! RUN!!!!! If I could rate them a NO STAR, I would. Their website clearly states refunds are provided. Once you ask for a refund the Company’s employees gives you the run around by asking all the questions such as if you ordered the right size and wanting pics of the bras. You do what is asked and then they stop all communication with you and refuse to give you your money back. I’m still waiting for my money back.

This is the worse!!!! SCAM... the bras took forever to get to you and once arrived they are not sized by American bra sizes at all. The only thing right was the color request Shinyhappier!!!

So me been me I went into the website seen items that I liked so i placed an order on April 9. Here it is June 26 and i still havent received my product and i have emailed them several times no response and no product please dont shop with them they are a scam and something should be done about it. I really dont want the product just my money back.

Do not get scammed by this company. I placed an order on March 25th and I still have not received my items. It is June 9th. I have sent them several emails and no response from them. I just want my money back at this point.

Bought from this company, the box's came open with missing items. I did get a response from customer service, asking me to send pics of the box and they would refund me. I sent over 48 diff pics and still was not enough, each time asking for more pics of the opened box . I would DEF NOT TRUST this company!!!!!!!!! They are a scam!!!!!!!

They post a nice picture, you purchase, and you do NOT get the items in the picture. You get a partial product that comes in multiple brown boxes, with missing parts, no instructions, and when you contact customer service... they don't respond. No way to return because the product is coming straight from China.

missing package and there site is hard to negotiate!! Still cant find the place to report my missing package the site just goes around and around!!!

I had purchased an item from this website and the item was so terrible that i text them the same day i received my item. It took so long to come. But took my money immediately. I will not buy anything else from this website again. So please don't waste your money on merchandise that's not worth buying😡😡😡😡 Antoinette bentley

The company is a big time scam praying on the US and I'm sure the European markets. The products look wonderful when you see the website, but are all fake. I ordered a Sports Bra in XL, but when it came it looked like XS. No way is the size correct. They have several women on the website wearing this bra. None of them could fit into the size bra they sent me. They dump sub-standard, poorly made products on the US market and will not refund your money or take the product back. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE or SATISFACTION. This is a disgraceful, dishonest and thieving company and I wish I'd never ordered anything from them. Please don't waste your money or time to buy anything from them.

If I can save even one person from buying from this shady ‘company’ my wasted money will be worth it!! They sent wrong size and keep requesting photo after photo. It’s beyond ridiculous. I have no doubt they just want me to give up...and I do give up on ever getting right product. I’m not giving up on the reviews. 😁. Don’t do it. Stay away from this horrible company.

Stay away from this outfit. They send wrong merchandise with no paperwork to return. When I returned the incorrect item they do not respond and are still looking for payment.

They scammed me too. I bought something, then cancelled the ordered within 24 hrs, actually after 18 hrs. According to their terms, you can cancel within 24 hrs, before the item is sent and then it's ok. But they didn't answer my cancellation before 3 days later, and then the item was just sent. And i found no return policy. Typically scammers!

The customer service at the company is horrible. I ordered the posture bra in a size D and was sent one in a size C. I was furious after waiting a month for it to arrive. I contacted customer service and after finally hearing back they asked that I send pictures of the package, size ect. I sent them a email with the information they requested. 2 days later I get a reply saying that I have not sent the information they requested and have 72 hours to responded. I responded with I sent the email 2 days prior to theirs and inc the pics again. That was days ago and I have not heard anything back. They are a terrible company. I also wrote a review on their website and of course it does not show up because those reviews are fake. For something that takes so long to receive you would think they would try harder to get it right.

I had to give one star to give my review! Run from this horrible company, they are a scam from China!! The product they sent was about 4 sizes too small..They had me multiple times send pictures of the bras, the package and shipping label to prove I had their product..the bras had no size in them, my 12 yr old granddaughter could not get them on!! They sent me an email saying they viewed the info I sent and would send the right product..that never happened and now they say they are closing my claim for a refund and none will be issued..I sent them notice that I was filing a dispute with PayPal and fraud with my bank! This is a big scam operation..Wish I would of known reviews before ordering..You are also not told up front that they are operating in a foreign country!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MERCHANT!! I ordered a couple of bras and they didn’t come anything like the pictures. In addition, they were extremely small. I wish I would’ve read reviews prior to my purchase.
