If there was a no star I would have given it.
I ordered a set of 3xl bras which should have been plenty big enough but they no way far to small.
17 inch was the measurements across so that ment 34 inch bra in total how can that be 3xl..no sizing label in the bra either.
They won't do anything about it.
CUSTOMER AFTER CARE IS APPALLING. DO NOT BUY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I have repeatedly asked for an address but they won’t give me one. I didn’t get my order so I asked for a refund they have refused and in the email said the team have decided I they should resend the order. I don’t want it and I’m sick of telling them I don’t want it.
Does anyone have an address for this so called company?

I tried to use a coupon. There isn't a place to put it.

I wish I had seen this site before I ordered. I ordered some bras, but they are made so poorly..the material for the back and straps is way too stretchy, and provides no support. Normally I check the return policy before ordering, but I must not have this time. My order came 12 days ago, and I contacted them yesterday about returning them. Today they inform me it had to be within 10 days. What a ripoff. But it sounds like they go to gret lengths to avoid refunds regardless. So avoid this site!

CROOKS. They are no stars. They are beyond bad. I bought 5 bras. The bras did not fit and I cannot wear them. Asked to return them and for a refund. They put me through a series of requests asking for pictures of the item, only to tell me that they would not refund my money. The package had no paperwork and no return address. I will do everything I can within my means to discredit this company and report them. They are crooks.

If there were zero stars, I would give it that. I only wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I ordered AND PAID FOR and item 3 weeks ago and still have not received it and have no idea when or if I am going to receive it. I emailed them and miraculously did receive a response, only to say that it was on it's way from China with no expected date of arrival. They claim that you will receive the item within 3 weeks but that is false. After reading these reviews I feel if I do ever receive it, I can only imagine the condition it will be in. PLEASE spend the $2 more on any item to order from a reputable company like Amazon, Bed Bath & Beyond, LL Bean or even Walmart.com who will let you know when you will receive the item before you even order it and will not charge your credit card until the item ships. And it won't be a month before you receive the merchandise you paid for. And you will receive the item in good condition (I've never had a problem with any of those companies mentioned). Seriously, with a company name like Shinyglamy, I should have known! I blame myself for being so stupid and buying something from a Facebook ad and not checking reviews!!!

I purchased some stick on bras from this company and even though I purchased the right size according to the company, and followed the application instructions, the silicone let go within two minutes of applying. I contacted the company right away and was met with disregard and no solutions to a defective product. Unfortunate waste of my money and time.

Though my receipt clearly states "30 day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. We will refund your purchase no questions asked," I tried to return my purchase 15 days after delivery, and I was told I only have 10 DAYS to ask for a refund!
This company is not to be trusted!

TOTAL SCAM ARTIST! They dont send what you buy and have been trying to get a refund or return shipping label for months! They ask for the same info over and over then say you didn't provide it! These people really should be in jail! If you do business after reading this then you deserve what you get! Report to authorities ASAP! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OR YOU WILL BE SORRY! Its a total SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought 3 bralettes that gave me a 4th half price, at a cost of just under £60.....
I am a fool. They don't fit, and they won't accept the return. I am disabled and find shopping very stressful so buy online so I can try on at home. I have NEVER come across a company that doesn't accept returns because it doesn't fit. I am so depressed as I don't have that kind of money to spare 😪😪

I think one star is one too many. I echo everything said in the other reviews. I only wish I had read the reviews. I am contacting the local postmaster to see if I can have a fraud investigation initiated!

I would give a zero and at this rate with all the bad reviews I doubt they care or anything can be done. I am going through the same run around with customers service. As follows I contacted them about the bras I received because the XL was more like a teenage XL. As an adult woman they are extremely too small. I am basically getting the runaround. Every time I contact them they want a new question answered even though I explained that their sizing is not in line with US sizing

I agree do not order from this company. I rate them a zero. Just like other reviews after waiting weeks they sent the wrong size bra. No tags or wrapping on the bras. Worst company ever.

Bought product. Took over 20 days to arrive despite paying £6 postage. When it arrived it didn’t work as advertised. All the reviews on the site are fake. Their terms and conditions say you can return but they don’t let you. Their returns policy says you can return if you aren’t satisfied. You can’t. Really bad customer service. Don’t buy from them. Raised it with paypal ... who won’t refund you either despite them not adhering to their own policies. Shocking. Rip off.

Do NOT order from this company! I ordered 2 bras, which took weeks to arrive. When I finally got them they were way too small. They had no size or product tags whatsoever, and the packaging contained no order/return form. It was just an empty package with 2 unmarked bras! I emailed the company (could not find a phone number). They responded but would not tell me how to return the bras for a refund. They told me I had to measure the bras and prove they were the wrong size, they even told me to take a pic of myself wearing the bra and send it to them! I'm not kidding! After several weeks of requesting a refund and receiving nothing but ridiculous emails back, I gave up. They got my money, I got 2 cheap bras I cannot wear, and now I know never again to order from that scam company Shinyglamy!

Still waiting on my order. It has been over 3 weeks. No communication. Will not answer my emails. I will never buy again.

Rubbish company! Waited 3weeks for the bra which was supposed to be an invisible lift one- well the size 2xl barely covered my nipples and as for lift! It didn't lift a thing. Quite frankly a waste of money.
