Shipment with my car went smooth, cheap and quick. I will definitely use them again!

Great company, great service, excellent communication from the very beginning. I wasn’t sure what to expect since this is my first time shipping a vehicle. I went strictly off of there reviews and wasn’t disappointed.
I could have saved money with other vendors but felt really good after reading the “ship a car direct” reviews.
And they did not disappoint!

Everything from arrangements to pick up and delivery went very smooth. Vehicle Vehicle was even delivered a day sooner than planned. Would definitely use again if the need arose.

My friend referred shipacardirect.com. It was very easy and quick to ship my cars with in short period of time. The agent and CS was very prompt on responses. Our cars were delivered on time with out any issue.

Ship A Car Direct was the BEST! I have never shipped a car before or moved across country-(CA to GA), plus my car is leased -(triple freak out threat). Lauren and the rest of the team really were awesome. They returned my calls right away, calmed my panicked nerves when I thought my flight was going to leave before my car..I truly could not have been happier. My car was picked up on Friday, I flew out Sunday and my car arrived Monday late afternoon. The driver was wonderful, my car was PERFECT, other than “weather dirt” it was in the same condition as it was when it was loaded on the trailer. I would definitely use them again should the need arise!

It was easy to make my reservation at Ship A Car Direct. There was only one scare at the beginning, where the company said they had no record of my reservation only a few days before my car was supposed to be picked up... Thankfully, I called and spoke to someone and they were able to make sure that my original pick-up date remained the same. The driver asked me to meet him at a Home Depot. On the day of the pick-up he was on time, quick, and efficient. The delivery date was even 1 day sooner than they estimated. Again, the driver suggested a large commercial parking lot, so my family met him at Lowe's in their hometown. The driver called and texted to make sure things were in order. Payment was easy through Zelle. I would recommend and use Ship A Car again in the future.

From start to finish Ship A Car Direct was professional, honest, easy to work with, and always available to answer any questions. Their quote was also competitive with the other shipping companies, which made the choice to use them very easy. Our car was shipped from the west coast to the east coast and arrived on time and in perfect order. I would definitely use Ship A Car Direct in the future. Moving house is stressful, having the stress of moving a car doesn't help. Ship a Car Direct wasn't the cheapest option but I soon realised reading various reviews that they had a good reputation for being upfront about the whole process. I booked them and a couple of weeks before my move they notified me that they had a delivery option in place. My card was charged their fee as I expected. The transport company contacted me a few days before the move to arrange pickup and from there all went well. I used the SACD app to photograph my car on the day of the pickup just in case of any damage. The actual shipper was very professional and delivered the car within a few days with no damage. I would definitely recommend this company.

I was very nervous about this whole shipping thing and I researched it for weeks before selecting a broker. I then further researched the Transport Carrier after they picked up the bid. This accomplished two things, it gave me a heads up on my expectations and insight into all the things that could go awry on the way. The communication for this entire process was almost entirely through email.
Ship A Car Direct did an excellent job of helping me understand the bidding process (and nail biting wait). I also, thanks to my research was not too surprised when it cost me $250 MORE than I was quoted for the shipping. The pick up went smoothly (albeit only about a 2 hour notice of his arrival) the day was correct. To my absolute DELIGHT it was a fully enclosed trailer, that I did not have to pay extra for. It was scheduled to arrive on Friday the 13th and was a "no show" I texted Ship a Car Direct and got a response in less than an hour that I would be getting my order Saturday the 14th. I was a tad stressed at this point, but they were timely in their response and seemed to know "where" my car was. The delivery was perfect, I got about an hours "heads up notice" and he unloaded right in my driveway! The Carrier, Jen and Jay Transportation driver was a very nice man. He apologized for being a day late, his equipment was very clean and he took great care with the unloading and gave us plenty of time to go over the car to make sure we were satisfied. This was a very positive experience. I would not hesitate to use both of these companies again.
I would say to anyone doing this, the key is you have to do your research, you have to PLAN AHEAD for unforeseen delay or fluctuations in costs. You will be much happier with your results.

My experience could not have better. There was excellent communication at each step. I felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands. The transport driver, Pawel, was someone you’d like to have for a neighbor. He was considerate, polite, and conscientious. I give my highest recommendation.

I had a wonderful experience with Ship A Car Direct, as well as with the contract driver they utilized. My situation was somewhat unique inasmuch as I was basically moving a car from my daughter's location in Dallas to my son's location in Los Angeles, and I am located in Connecticut, so had to arrange between the company and two people at two locations. Not only that, but I was paying. But Ship A Car Direct never missed a beat, calling before arriving at each location, handling the vehicle carefully and professionally and accepting payment as previously agreed. And it was quicker than promised, moving the vehicle half way across the country in less than four full days, despite, I'm sure, the need for many other stops along the way.

Lauren was very helpful and reassuring. It was my first time shipping a car and it went very well. My carrier was very communicative and the car arrived a day early. l Would not hesitate to do it again.

When my car wasn't getting picked up by any of the transport companies, Wade called and we worked out a small increase in the offer that put us at the top. After that, the car got picked up by a transport company in hours and was on the truck later in that day. Ship a Car Direct funded some of the increase in coats by reducing their fee. It was a great experience working with them - I really appreciated the transparency!

I had my car shipped from IA to CA through Ship a car direct. They were professional, responded to my questions in time and explained how the listing/quoting process works. Even though the car was picked up a day late due to long weekend, it arrived on time, without any issues.

Absolutely terrible. Had to get my car on side of 6 lane highway, not my home.
Testimonial: Initial contract easy, pick up easy. Delivery was a nightmare. Absolutely disgusting. Contract stipulated delivery to my home. Confirmed check was acceptable on delivery. Called that am, told to come get my car. They were on side of Route 2, Annapolis MD, busy 6 lane highway, he told me to walk or ride my bike (???). I was shocked. I have photos to back this all up. Tried to charge me more money. Called Ship A Car when they opened (Saturday)--Brian was useless, and didn't care. I had to wait until 11:00 am for this company to open to tell them what was occurring...Driver is fuming and rude because I won't get car on highway. I told them to bring car to me if it is that easy for me to walk to them. Then company sends me text, no check (they are revoking that payment). Lol..it is Saturday. Banks closed by noon. This went on forever...Driver (Sergio) brings me car to my driveway (as it should have been done in the first place, as I paid for). Payment issue worked out after hours of BS. Sends my receipt to my email. All paid...Sergio will not hand the keys to me...standing in driveway raging. I had to call police to intervene and get my keys...told him multiple times to get off my property..he started filming me...Seriously, you can't make this story up. STAY AWAY FROM ALL OF THEM....terrible. Danny (says he is owner) called to offer me 100.00 credit...really...at this point I've spent 5 hours on a Saturday fighting for my car, that is paid for. I told him keep his 100.00 as that won't prevent me from reviewing his company, which I know he was trying to avoid. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM...DO NOT USE. SERGIO honestly should be in jail for his odd behavior. SHIP A CAR DIDN'T CARE AT ALL. Once they secure your money, they do not CARE WHAT HAPPENS IN TRANSITION. TERRIBLE. I have photos to back up all of my claims..event sent them to SHIP A CAR.

We shipped a car from Naples, FL to Germantown, TN, the first time we have ever shipped a car. Ship A Car Direct (SACD) made the entire experience easy with no surprises. Quoted price was competitive and they met our pick up time and even delivered the car in one day.
Our service advisor (John) kept us advised all throughout the process which gave a good comfort with our decision to use SACD. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Terrific service! It was such a pleasure to work with John, he answered all my questions and worked very hard to find transport for my vehicle on the dates that I needed it. The driver who picked up the car was very polite and friendly, and I was very happy with the service.

Wade was really helpful in helping me set up a pick up date that fit my preferred drop off day. He was always available if I had any questions. The driver was also very good. Very easy to reach and accommodated my needs and schedule.

Didn't chose Ship A Car when I planned the car transportation but went with another vendor. And boy was that a mistake. The carrier bailed out on us the night before pickup and I called Ship A Car the next morning and they reassured me that they would get a carrier quickily. We left for home and the new carrier picked up the car and delivered it perfectly within the week. Great service during a time of crisis.
