When I first started doing my research on car transportation, it was a bit overwhelming. I called Ship A Car Direct and talked to Renee. She made me feel a lot more comfortable with the process. Car was picked up in New York and the correct day and was deliver one day after the estimated date. The trucking company, Rubber Duck, did contact me a few times to let me know the status. When the car arrived in California, the driver was very courteous and friendly. Best of all, no damage to my car.

Affordable and easy to ship a car. This was the most affordable quote that we got and it was so easy to ship, we got the dates that we wanted, and the truck company who picked up our car (Walter with Wave Transport) was professional and communicated all pick up and drop off times accurately and was easy to reach. I have never shipped a car before this time so I wasn't sure what to expect. I would recommend Ship A Car direct and would use them again if we needed to ship a car again in the future.

They answer questions that you may not even think of. They send you videos to watch of the process, and an send you a link to take and send pictures of your vehicle pre and post delivery. Scott from ship-a car-direct eased my anxiety by being thorough in giving me the information needed to ease my fears. He was very professional and kind in his communication.
