Fast and easy service, no complaints here. Packages are sent out fast and secure. Unfortunately, extra insurance is only available via UPS which is more pricey, but at least you are covered that way.... Voir plus

El teléfono para comunicarse no funciona dirve
El teléfono para comunicarse no sirve, póngalo completo. Además en todas las sucursales es lo mismo, no te contesta ningún humano, puros tontos robots. Mi pedido aparece como entregado ayer a las 6.30 y yo estuve aquí todo el día y nadie llegó a entregar ningún paquete. Pongan gente responsable.

el teléfono está funciona correctamente, ya que estamos de forma continua contestando llamadas de nuestros clientes. Sucursales solo tenemos 1, en Burjassot (Valencia). No tenemos robots, por lo que todo nuestro personal es humano. Nosotros NO realizamos entregas, somos meramente un almacén, son los clientes los que contratan el servicio de mensajería. Rogamos elimine dicha reseña, dado que se referirá a una empresa de mensajería lo cual nosotros no somos.

Smooth way to get packages from Spain
Got my package from Spain with no issues. Was happy that it went so smoothly.
For branding purposes, I would give the app a more polished overhall. It will give it a more reliable/reputable look and would do justice to match with the high quality of the service.

Although Spanish customs were so…
Although Spanish customs were so difficult deal with, the company was so great- they were very fast in responding to all my inquiries and ensured everything would be ok. I received the package and I was very happy!

Issue with address - perfectly solved - great customer service
The company's address on my package was wrong, so there was quite the chaos with deliverying the package to Shipping-Address. It seems my account was created just before they moved, and thus I wasn't informed that the address will change soon. But the customer service was a great help and replied within hours - really, really fast. So they informed the postal service that the address needs to be changed and of course that took a little bit of time but was solved without any further issues, and they did a great job at solving my problem and sending me the package.

All problems taken care of, by management in timely manner!
I have made 5 shipments so far and all the problems that have arised was from UPS and all were solved by Salvador and David (the management) in a timely manner and without further delay! Shipping-Address-Spain shipping time is without any delays and problems or loss of goods from what I have encountered and that is a very good thing for me cause I need reliability!

Well done Shipping Address Spain. My parcel was delivered efficiently and safely and no problems at all.
Your system for arranging shipment is really easy to follow from the time the parcel arrives at your depot unlike some other parcel companies I have used in the past.

Spanish Website to UK - Great service!
What a great service. Initially I was sceptical but ordered from Spain and shipped to the UK no problem. Fees reasonable and the options for dleivery & tracking are fantastic.
Instructions for the address to use for the initial order from the Spanish website was very clear too.
