Great communication, excellent service, first class crating, the motorcycle arrived in perfect condition

Prior to Shippio getting involved I was having a pretty miserable shipping experience, moving two motorcycles and a crate from the US to the UK. Andrea and Siobhan are consumate professionals and have done everything that they said they would, as well as putting my frazzled mind at rest. Fantastic service and will not hesitate to use them from start to finish moving my next bike here.

They did exactly what it says on the tin. I had quite a difficult mixed container to send to the US from the UK. All of the team helped me with advice and guidance along the way the container was loaded to perfection and managed to travel 5000 miles in perfect condition.

I would give these guys and gals 10 out of 10 and will not use anyone else. They will take good care of you

First time I have dealt with them or imported a motorcycle, from another country, and have to say Andrea Willis was most helpfully from the first phone call to the last, took time to explain everything that was needed, from pick up to import charges, nothing seemed to much trouble for her and was kept well informed and answered most email enquires with in 24 hour, even explained about the nova cert, the final delivery from shipping port to Scotland was on time and the driver Lee (if I mind right), was very pleasant. would highly recommend to use this company and will certainly do myself again if I need to.

Just had my "new" bike delivered by Shippio from Iowa USA to Kent UK. I bought the bike on eBay and it was collected from the vendors house and delivered literally to my front door. The whole process was stress free and if I had any update queries Andrea or Siobhan would respond via email within the hour. Incidently their US working partner who collected the bike in Iowa wanted significantly more to ship the bike to the UK than Shippio...can't name names but think F1 driver Michael! Cheapness is not necessarily the best, think value for money. For peace of mind I wanted a UK based firm and Shippio really delivered !! (sorry for the pun) Shop around read the reviews and make your own mind up but I have no hesitation in recommending them and will use them again in the future.

Bike travelled from England to New Zealand - was anxious about the damage and delivery but everthing turned out okay - Not damaged or lost.

Shippio quoted me for importing a motorcycle from the USA in January which I accepted, it took longer to arrive due to us customs and when they notified me of its arrival and sent me the invoice there was £5,500 of extra charges on it that they hadn’t quoted me for, the import duties had changed before they quoted me and they forgot to tell me or notify me or offer any apology, I cannot advise anyone to use this company.

I arranged shipping of an XT500 from South Africa to the U.K with Shippio , Andrea was my main point of contact and could not have been more helpful despite all the obstacles thrown our way with Agents,Covid vendor moving, licensing and clearance certificates. Full marks also to the vendor for sticking with the deal but mainly for Shippio going the extra mile and then Siobhan keeping me updated on the progress, from loading departure arrival etc to being delivered safely to my driveway. Sorry if I was a pain!!!! with all my questions

Just had two vintage Triumph motorcycles shipped from Liverpool to New York. Even with Covid delays they arrived very quickly. Siobhan and Andrea kept me informed all the way and promptly answered my questions. They were crated securely and arrived without a scratch. In fact unloading them and pushing them up my driveway was the hardest part of the process. Highly recommended.

I shipped my Triumph Scrambler motorcycle from Los Angeles back to the UK, using Shippio as the shipping service.

Whilst there was a slight delay (due to Covid and backed up shipping vessels) Shippio communicated every step of the way and safely returned the motorcycle and accompanying documents as stated.

I was very impressed with Shippio level of customer service and also decided to now ship back my second bike as a result.

We were put on to Shippio by word of mouth. We were wanting a caravan shipped from UK to New Zealand. Giles became our contact and he sourced the new caravan we wanted plus extras and arranged shipping. Shippio quotations came in exactly as quoted apart from a congestion charge imposed by MSC. The caravan arrived in prime condition but the NZ agents could have delivered it ready for the road. From go to wo Giles kept us informed of developments. We would certainly use them again.

I just received my 1939 Francis Barnett Cruiser. It was packed very securely and arrived in great shape. It was shipped promptly and I was able to track it's progress during the journey. Shippio did a great job and I can highly recommend them.

Absolutely superb company. Shipped two bikes from Italy to West Cost of Canada. Bikes were collected in Italy by truck then carefully cared for and superbly crated in London. The type of fastener (screw or nail) served as an ingenious guide for uncrating...I laughed to myself when I saw this...so clever. This is a company that has obviously done this many times and serves up a masterclass on customer service and product quality. Excellent communication, very responsive to all inquiries. Its a genuine pleasure to recommend their service.
