Evaluations are reasonable, targets are very good and the feed is not terrible when compared with others. However the reply to emails is non-existent. Hence there is more or less no way of communicating with them. Communication for me is key. Hence, when this is lacking, it is a red flag for me

DON'T BUY - SCAMMERS - Passed, Profited, and Still No Payout – Months of Silence and Zero Accountability
I’m writing this as a genuine trader, not a competitor, not someone with an agenda, just an honest buyer who spent over $2,000 on Shockwave Capital challenges. I passed fairly, I followed every rule, I got a live account, I made over $2,500 in profit, and then… nothing. Payouts suddenly became “locked,” and it’s been months with no communication, no explanation, and no payout.
Let me be very clear: if I had broken a rule, they would have emailed me. That’s how prop firms work. Instead, there has been absolute silence. The only emails they ever seem to respond to are the ones where they’re selling new challenges. When it comes to taking your money, they respond instantly. When it comes to actually paying successful traders? Good luck hearing from them.
They heavily advertised that famous “$800,000 payout fund” that PennyPips bragged about, but based on my experience, that promise feels completely meaningless. I passed, I made profit, I waited months, and Shockwave simply stopped communicating. Meanwhile, everything feels automated, AI-generated, and run through ChatGPT-style marketing instead of real people who actually support traders.
For anyone considering this firm, another red flag in my opinion is that they take payment only in crypto. Once your money is gone, you have no protection, no chargeback options, and no real recourse. Combine that with ignored emails and locked payouts, and it paints a very bad picture.
I am in their system. I did everything right. I followed the rules. I am not a competitor trying to discredit them — I’m someone who trusted them, paid real money, passed fairly, and got nothing back. Based on my personal experience, I genuinely feel scammed.
If you want a firm that actually communicates and pays traders who succeed, I strongly recommend sticking with reputable companies like FTMO or Alpha Capital. As for Shockwave Capital, I cannot recommend them at all after what I’ve gone through.

Still waiting on feedback!!!!! Day 92
I started a $10K 2 step challenge on 7/10/2025 and passed step 1 on 14/11/2025. The system apparently did not generate step 2 details. Today the 14/12/2025 it has been a month from passing step 1 and almost 40 emails to customer service and loads of comments on tik tok and even contacting him on his discord. Still no feedback from anyone of the platforms!!!!!!!!!!!

Today 20/12/2025 i have been logged out of my account. Still waiting on feedback from CS on my step 2 logins.
Day 54 waiting for my step 2 login details and sending mails to CS and no reply. DM Penny pips on tikTok also no reply. Even joined his discord and messaged him there. Guess wat? NO REPLY....

I, Martin Strachota signed up for a prop firm named shockwave capital.
After passing the challenge I paid the activation fee of USDT499 and received the funded account on 19 Oct 2025.
I passed the min. trading days of 14 days with no breach on 10 Nov 2025.
I traded the funded account from 100,000 to 104,213 and there created a profit of USD 4213. On an 80% profit share my share is 3,370 USD. Kindly initiate the payout.
I requested the initiation of the payout process, but the firm shockwave capital ignored my request. I sent 6 emails over the period of 8 days .But received no reply.

I send several messages and post comments to the tiktok account.
I also sent emails to his business address with no reply.
Their scam trick is: shockwave capital let client sign up on their website and offer a prop firm challenge. After passing the test a final fee gets paid. When there is a paypit request, shockwave capital ignores the request per email. And ignored any communication and reset the MT4 trading account on their platform. The website also does not include company address or reg. number. After research SHOCKAWVE CAPITAL is even not a registered company. Clear SCAM

They just deleted my funded account. Shockwave Capital Support sent me an (automated standard) email. They decided not to pay, as per the fine print, they have no obligation.
A well-planned scam aka. ciminal. Customers have little chance, as they are not even a real registered company.

• These violations were documented by our system and verified manually by our risk team.
• As stated in the Terms of Service you accepted upon activation, Shockwave Capital is not able to issue payouts on accounts that have broken the rules.
Regarding communication:
• All support requests are reviewed in the order they are received.
• Your case was escalated for investigation due to the potential rule breach, which is why responses were delayed.
• Once the review concluded, an official support notice was sent with the outcome.
Shockwave Capital does not delete or “reset” compliant funded accounts, nor do we withhold payouts from traders who follow the rules. We process successful payouts every single day for clients whose accounts remain within the permissible trading parameters.
Any trader in breach of the same rules would receive the same outcome.

I’m really disappointed with how long…
I’m really disappointed with how long it’s taking to receive my funded stage account. I completed all the required steps successfully and have been waiting far beyond the stated timeframe. The lack of clear communication and updates has made the experience frustrating and unprofessional.
A prop firm should value traders’ time and maintain transparency throughout the process, but this delay shows a serious lack of organization and reliability. Unless things improve, I cannot recommend this firm to anyone looking for a smooth and timely funding experience.

After emails don't get any response and still hopeful that will get positive response.
Write review as experiencing but if get good response i will rewrite it and give honest opinion.

They have ghosted me
They deactivated my account twice and the most recent time they haven't replied to any email in close to a month.
The was no violation on any of the accounts and they have gone radio silent.
I have written to them asking for a refund with no avail.
They're risky no real support, no real community. They're almost untraceable.
Not recommended.

Lack of support
I've sent an email requesting a payout on my funded £5k, has been about a week and no reply. Don't believe in their lies
Don't believe in their lies. They offer 1 +1 challenge, provide free challenge retry if you fail. I bust my phase 2 account on purpose after seeing so many people getting their payout denied. Emily from the customer service also started ignoring my email request. So that's why I choose to play my phase 2 recklessly because they won't payout anyway.
After which, they still have the guts to send me an email to ask me to sign up for a new challenge with a promo code. Trying my luck, I emailed them back and say I want to claim my free retry. They ghosted me for 1week plus already.
They kept replying to say those reviews are not their customers. But I can confirm that those reviews are genuine because I have experience every single one of it.

Forget Payout!
Hello together, don’t waste your time. They are not paying out. I have the pictures as proof. Passed easy, made over 6 % over the the week and sure I didn’t breake any rule. Max drawdown was 0,99% so they have nothing to say and still not even a answer or something, just changed the acc a new one and they didn’t say anything. Glade made some pictures so they can’t lie and say bullshit ;)

I already wrote 1 review that was positive cause they asked me to do so, and now im gonna write another one that they didnt ask me to write
Everything started great. Had good comunication with Penny and the team. Payement was made and I ended being their affiliate cause i really liked idea of this prop firm.
Everything went to the downside when it was time for my second payout. They answered on my emails with same answer (Its in a final stages of the checking in the past three weeks), on last two or three didnt even answer. I even contacted owner who ghosted me and started to post TT videos on how prop firms dont have to pay traders even if they are within the rules. Disapointed cause i finally thought that there will be trader friendly prop firm but its just another bad one in a row.

P.s. I have all the emails and screenshots of my acc, even if they deleted all trades and put acc to 0 on dashboard, so dont try to deny me

Best and most reliable prop firm! Highly recommend!!
I’ve been trading for a long time and have traded with many prop firms and I have been trading with Shockwave since they started. Their challenges and rules are by far the best and most transparent. I’ve had no issues with anything including payments/payouts & Emily the CSR is by far one of the most helpful customer service reps I’ve experienced in the industry.
