Do not use, I have not received the shoes I paid for. I was mistakenly attracted by low prices. They are low for a reason. Please see other reviews.

FAKE SHOES - DO NOT BUY from this company, they sell fake shoes. I bought a pair of Nike Air Solar Max 95's for £247.50. They took 2 weeks to arrive which I thought was strange, especially as company is supposed to be based in London! I contacted the courier as I thought they might be lost, but they said the package was travelling through their systems. So have a strong suspicion they are based in China. When I received them and took them out of box, they felt light, the stitching was poor, a bubble in sole had popped. And they looked poor quality.
I checked authenticity by scanning UPC, which was different on shoes and box, a clear indication they are fake. As I was checking the box I noticed a spelling mistake "ww.nike.coom". I contacted company to ask how to return and have full refund, and sent photos. After a couple of chaser emails they asked for more photos, which I sent and now they've gone quiet, this is 2 weeks since I contacted them. So I've been left out of pocket and an upset child who has no birthday present! I will be reporting you to Trading Standards. SHAME ON YOU SHOESEPIC!!!

Bought a pair of Vapormax Flyknit 3 the rubber bits on the bottom of the air bubble started to fall of after about 3 months. I didn't even wear them every day over that time as I have 4 other pairs of trainers. Contacted Nike they told me to go back to Shoesepic as they were made under 2 YEARS ago. Sent them a message via their website never got an answer. Having a proper look at them now I'm sure they are fake. Looking at them next to my other pairs of Vapormax I've bought from shops they definitely look fake. Wore them 2 since I sent the message and they now have almost no rubber on one shoe. Do not trust this company.

I bought shoes during the introduction sale and needed to exchange for a larger size. The Happiness Team helped me get the correct size and explained the return process clearly. Great service!

Wish I could give them a minus 5 star! Ordered from them for my nephews Christmas present, the trainers were initially held up at the airport when it said that Yodel had not collected them on the tracking information. I emailed the company and they did email me straight back and said they would chase it. The shoes then arrived two days later. However, after only wearing them a couple of times they have started to split at the sole seam. I emailed the company and didn’t get a response. I then contacted Nike and sent them a picture. They were very apologetic and said that sort of thing shouldn’t happen. They asked me where I purchased them from and said that, after looking in to the company, they are not an authorised seller and they believe them to be a “suspicious seller”. They advised that I contact them for a full refund. I have been emailing now for 3 weeks, with no response this time, to try and get back the £160 I have spent on what are clearly fake trainers. I have reported them to Trading Standards and now need to try and get my money back so I can buy some real replacements. Avoid this company, it is a scam!

Avoid this website, shoes are definitely not genuine. Website states 30 day return policy with no instructions on how to return when you contact them they don't reply!

Thanks for u reviews people I was about to order but the price was sus how are they getting away with selling trainers I wish everyone that got scammed the best alway check on trust pilot or google first when using a unfamiliar company gave one star to help support the people they ripped off

Trainers arrived no invoice any paperwork or returns documentation.
Had bought the shoes for the start of the school term on rereading the uniform policy the branded shoes couldn't be worn.
So far repeated efforts to ask for the companies return policy have been unsuccessful - Do not buy from this company.
Am intending to follow this up further.

minus 5 stars ! Please be aware that our experience has not been as advertised. The trainers we purchased in good faith were nike vapour max £180 and advertised as genuine with no problem 30 days return policy. They took 3 weeks to arrive which is always a red flag from a UK company. When they arrived they are of inferior quality colour runs on the soles, poor stitching and clearly a non genuine product being sold at genuine prices which is very mid leading. As they have a returns policy within 30 days we contacted on the day we received them with pictures of the defects and the valid reasons we wish to return them. We were even happy to pay the postage etc. They offered us 30% discount. I said i would be happy to pay £40 total as that is the market value of non genuine trainers so a refund of £140 and they have now since not responded further so i have no choice but to contact trading standards as they are clearly mid leading consumers. “shoes epic “ avoid

I ordered on 3-28. On 4-2 the order was confirmed. On 4-10 preparing to ship. I checked the order using the order number they provided and the order didn't exist. I then clicked on the order number itself and got a 17TRACK website in Japanese. Chalk up loosing $56 to lesson learned but what im now worried about is that they now have my banking info.
