Poor imitations. Do not order. Wht you get is plastic versions of the real thing. And very poor quality.

I have just received my boots today after waiting 4weeks very disappointed with them as they are not anything like what they advertised can’t find any information of how to return them so if there is anybody who have information about how to return I would be very grateful

Facebook have a lot of companies advertising that they are in the UK but are actually in China.
I have been scammed a couple of times through these Chinese businesses and the only way to get your money back is through your bank.
Misleading and false advertising. If the product ever arrives it is never as described on the ad.
These companies should be banned on UK Facebook snd websites.

I ordered shoes from this comiany over 8 days ago and they have not been delivered yet! And no email with any tracking information! Once I get my money back via PayPal, I shall NOT be ordering from this Comoany again!!! I haven't got money to waste like this!

Promised leather orthopaedic boots.. got cheap plastic with no support whatsoever and when you complain they try to get you to accept discounts. 15 then 30 percent. You have to pay return costs to China although markets as Outlet shoes UK. This cost about the same as the boots which I guess means most people cannot return and lose that money so the company keeps getting away with it. Paypal were helpful but I was shocked that they are clearly aware of this company and their fraudulent claims and dodgy practices as they are mentioned alot in the bad reviews as people turn to them for help. And yet they still facilitate them by allowing them to continue to use PayPal services. This to me is poor.

Minus 5 stars had to give them 1 star to post review. Do not purchase from this company or any other company under this umbrella company name. Ordered pair of orthopaedic trainers from this company, received them they were cheap trainers, no orthopaedic support whatsoever. Size too small for my feet, shoes caused redness and pain to my toes. Contacted the company for refund for full purchase price. They offered a 12%refund, declined this offer, kept badgering them, they finally offered a 50% refund. Contacted PayPal to refund, have received full refund offer if items returned to them. Will return item. Currently awaiting contact phone number from company to be able to return this item, for customs, I won't hold my breath. Absolute scam.

Ordered orthopaedic sandals from this site, only to receive cheap plastic copies with no foot support. They smelt revolting. To get a refund, return had to be posted to China at considerable cost. They made several refund offers, the highest of which was 50%. I did not accept this and made a claim through Paypal. Received a better offer from them, but probably only to shut me up!

As others. Bought pair trainers - with allegedly £42.79 discount. Pain £19.00. Shoes despatched from China. Very poor quality. Didn't look like product advertised. We're tagged with 44size (UK10.5). Nowhere near this size. Would guess at UK8.5. Tried to get replacement pair. Would only do if I paid shipment to China!! Offered refund of 15%, then 20%, then 30%. Wouldn't assist in any way. No personal interaction with "customer services". Do not buy from this company. Will supply all emails if anyone needs proof and will show them product supplied.

Ordered after seeing advert on Facebook for Leather Orthopedic Sandals. When they arrived they were horrible plastic, cheap sandals. Contacted the company about returning for a refund. Said I would have to pay freight which ‘would not be a good deal for either party’ inferring that the return address would be abroad. They offered me a 15% refund so I cut my losses and accepted.
I tried to leave negative feedback on the Facebook posts but it just disappeared.
Terrible company - do not order anything from them.

Five pairs of shoes purchased, wide fit requested - all too narrow for my feet! Took 2 months to arrive I had actually given up on them. Wish they'd never arrived. Would advise anyone to NEVER order from this place!! (Mean it)

Then after after 1 month they a full refund asa vlong as I paid returns to CHINA

cost of post £22.44. registed post with tracker , which they insisted in having
so I would have been refunded a total 54 pence

Als iets te mooi is om waar te zijn trap er dan alsjeblieft niet ook in!

Ook ik ben het slachtoffer geworden van deze oplichters. 23 december sneakers van Gabor besteld door een pop UP via instagram. Ook zogezegd op een zondagavond afgeleverd. Ik was thuis, dus... onmogelijk dat ze geleverd hadden. Niemand zichtbaar op onze huiscamera. Ook niet bij buren. Ook mails ontvangen om niet te paniekeren etcetera.

Schoenen betaald, nooit ontvangen.
Via e-mail/ website niet meer bereikbaar

Wat een boevenbende....! De bestelde schoenen bleven maar onderweg...! Aantal keren met ze gemaild en ook nog antwoord gekregen: geen zorgen maken, schoenen waren onderweg. Na heel wat weken kregen we te horen dat de schoenen geleverd waren. gemaild dat dat niet zo was. Mailtje terug, we moesten bij de buren vragen...! weer mailtje gestuurd dat de schoenen nergens te vinden waren. Vanaf dat moment is het onmogelijk om nog contact met ze te krijgen. "Winkel" is niet meer bereikbaar...! Zitten waarschijnlijk ergens op de Bahama's met mijn geld...!

Schoenen besteld en een orderbevestiging en track & trace gekregen. Daarin staat dat de schoenen zijn bezorgd, maar dat is niet het geval. Je kan niet bellen met het bedrijf er is alleen een vaag e-mailadres. Advies is om NIETS te bestellen bij dit bedrijf.

Ordered shoes in December and never received them. Tracking stated they were delivered in January but they wernt. Have e.mailed every available address I can find and have never received a reply to any of them. A friend also had the exact same experience. Not even worth 1 star.

Ook ik ben er ingetrapt, had ik maar eerder alles gecheckt. Ik ben bang dat ik mijn geld kwijt ben, wat een oplichters!
