I ordered some furry boots size 11 and when I got them they felt like a 9. Had to send them back which took about 2 weeks to get approved. I sent them back and the tracking number says was delivered on 12/29 and still no refund. I have reached out 6 times about it and no response or refund. I WOULD NOT recommend buying from this company because they have taken my money and got their shoes back. I paid 80+ dollars. They scammed me knowing that the shoes were not true to size and never refunded me my money.

I’ve order from this company twice never disappoint, items look even better in person as it does on the picture. Delivery usually between 1- 5 business after placing your order. Very responsive with returns you either can get a gift card with the refund in full or if choose to get refund back to the original payment method it’s usually $8.99 deducted (give or take) from your amount for the shipping fee. I just usually get the gift card because I’ll just end up spending it right back online Lol.
