I placed my order for a Shokbox on a Friday and was told it would arrive the following Tuesday (I needed it by Thursday) however when it didn't turn up a phone call on Wednesday morning to Shokbox confirmed my suspicion there had been a mix up with the delivery address. It is usually at this point when you discover how good a business's customer service is and more often then not I'm left disappointed however in this case Martin (the owner) was very apologetic and assured me they would deliver a box to me on Thursday. And they did just that! Josh (Martin's son) picked up a box from their factory in Midlands on Thursday morning and drove it the 120+ miles to London, delivering to me in person! Just incredible! They even gifted me a wheel/tool accessory pack for the inconvenience caused. A truly wonderful company with an amazing product and quite possibly the best customer service in the world!

The Shokbox is probably the best bike box I’ve used, I had another B&W box which was lighter (11kg vs 12.5kg) but really fiddly to use and required more of the bike to be dismantled, it took maybe an hour to pack and reassemble my all road bike. In comparison the SB was about 30mins to pack and reassemble. I was so pleased with it I bought a second one during Black Friday sales a Classic without the wheel bags as I didn’t use the wheel bags anyway.
I can definitely recommend the Shokbox, I think it’s even made in the UK?

The service from Shokbox was amongst the best I’ve ever had. Quick, and amazingly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

And the box itself?? Amazing robust construction means to box is sturdy and protects the contents. The internal structure means the frame is protected when the wheels are out. Straps and fastenings help make all contents secure. It is spacious with enough room for bike, wheels, tools, track pump as well as shoes, helmet and kit. And the sponge inners keep everything protected. Multi directional wheels make this a dream to steer. It’s like bike box ballet. The locks and clasps are mega string and robust. The moulded shell means lifting and steering is easy as hand grips and holds are in the right positions.

Get one. You won’t regret it. This box is a dream. It makes travelling with your bike and kit so easy.

The service they offer is second to none

Customer service - first class. The boxes and bags look great and can't wait to ship our bikes in them. Did need to contact them regarding the combination locks - we didn't see the card enclosed - but they sent pictures which were really helpful - better than the card. Missed out the accessories bags - but they followed. Overall I would say their service has been impeccable.

Box arrived 4 days after ordering! Used it for the first time. Very easy to pack and feel happy that is well protected and safe. Pushes around very easily too. I can highly recommend this bike box

Fantastic customer service and very quick to respond to any queries. Box is fantastic quality, Bike will be very well protected. Wheel bags are a great design and well padded. Excited to get this box on the road. You cant go far wrong with this box and the price and quality put it up there for me with some of the more well known brands. And its a UK company
