Excellent service.
The initial contact could not have been done any faster and they immediately contacted the doctors surgery. As soon as they received a copy of the medical records they were immediately acted on and the report sent to me.
The only thing that slowed everything up was the surgery taking the full 30days before they sent my notes.

Fast, simple and effective.
My GP practice no longer provide medical certificates for FAC/SGC applications so I thought I’d try ShootCert. It’s a bit more expensive than other online providers but as it was supported by BASC I’d give it a go. My experience was excellent - very straightforward and they turned it around in a matter of days (as my GPs sent them my medical records very quickly). Would definitely use this again.

Avoid. Go elsewhere if you can
I would not recommend this company or service. They do the very basic minimum requirement, but if you need to contact them afterwards for anything at all, be prepared to be very disappointed and frustrated. They do not reply, and there is no email address or phone number to communicate with them, just a feedback section into which you enter your comments, and wait, and wait, and wait ... for nothing to ever come back to you! Very unprofessional and unhelpful

While we are unable to discuss the specific details of an individual application in a public forum, we can confirm that your case was more complex than most. As part of our quality assurance process, your medical report was subject to internal peer review and discussion before being finalised and supplied.
Although we do not operate a telephone support service, all feedback submitted through our Progress Checker is reviewed by the team and forms part of the audit trail for an application.
We understand that you disagree with aspects of the report. However, following a further review, we remain satisfied that the report accurately reflects the medical information provided to us by your GP practice.
We appreciate that this additional review resulted in a longer wait than is typical, and we understand how frustrating this may have been. However, we felt it was important to take the necessary time to ensure that the report was accurate, consistent and fully supported by the medical information available to us.
We are required to report the facts as they appear within the medical records supplied to us and cannot amend a report based solely on a patient's opinion or recollection.
If you believe that your GP medical records contain inaccuracies, we have provided you with guidance available on our website explaining the right to rectification process and how to raise concerns directly with your GP practice where appropriate.
We appreciate that this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, but our responsibility is to provide an objective and evidence-based report using the medical information available to us at the time of assessment.
