Great quality and value, color is a little off.
Quality of the hat is fantastic, this is easily my favorite model hat and it’s a great value. The embroidery was done great, exactly what I wanted. The color of the hat was a little different than expected though, the image showed it maybe a bit darker shade orange than what the hat ended up really being, which was a little bit disappointing. I would have gotten a different colorway had I known that, but I don’t want to pay for the design fees again.

Second Order; Fisherman Beanies
I recently made my 2nd purchase from Foremost hats. This delivery was disturbed by the snowstorm I imagine. Despite the delayed delivery, the merchandise (several fisherman beanies) are of high quality at an affordable price.

I had an excellent experience with Foremost Hat. I reached out to customer service because I was having trouble navigating the design interface on their website, and the team was incredibly helpful. They walked me through the process and assisted with getting my PVC patch set up perfectly.
We ordered 60 white hats for our organization’s 100th anniversary event in Hawaii, and everything turned out great. The hats shipped on time, arrived exactly as expected, and look absolutely gorgeous. The quality exceeded my expectations.
I’m very pleased with both the product and the service. I’ll definitely be buying more and recommending Foremost Hat to others.

Availability when everyone else was sold out
I was grateful they had the hats I needed as everyone else was out of stock. Pricing was reasonable. Shipping was acceptable but slightly longer than I'm used to. I ordered 4 "rope" style hats & 1 was actually missing the rope. I didn't reach out because it wasn't worth my time. I only needed 3, so I will use the 4th as a donation.

Bad communication
We need to order a bunch of hats, but every time I request a sample communication just dies. I feel like I’m chasing a company just to place an order. Nobody could ever give me a clear answer and they just keep saying they’re gonna write a ticket and then nothing happens. This has been so far three months of communication and I still just can’t get a simple sample
