The only thing worse than the service was the shipping charges.
The shipping charges were absolutely unreasonable. Initially, I was quoted shipping that was nearly 80% of the total order cost, which is unacceptable for a wholesale transaction. To resolve this, we agreed that I would provide my own shipping label and they would simply fulfill the shipment.
However, when it came time to send the label, they then informed me—only after the fact—that the product was out of stock in the U.S. and would need to ship from China. This was not communicated earlier in the process. At that point, I requested to cancel the order.
Instead of processing the cancellation, they decided to handle the shipping themselves and sent the order anyway.
The overall communication process was extremely frustrating. It took more than 12 emails back and forth just to get the order completed, and there were several instances where responses took days. For a business that relies on vendors to operate efficiently, this level of delay and lack of transparency is very difficult to work with.
While they eventually attempted to make things right, by that point the experience had already created unnecessary complications. As a business owner, I cannot risk impacting my customers because a vendor cannot process orders in a timely manner or communicate clearly.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not order from this company again.

Throughout the entire process, we maintained active communication with you and proactively worked to resolve any issues.When we discovered the out-of-stock issue at our U.S. warehouse after payment, we promptly contacted you and agreed to fulfill the order from our China warehouse，covering the additional shipping cost ourselves.
We recognize there is room for improvement in our warehouse management and will continue optimizing our logistics to provide a smoother shopping experience for our customers.

Great fit
I’m always on the search for hats to fit my small head. These merimino beanies fit perfectly. They are comfortable and feel/look like great quality caps. Excellent color choices and pretty quick delivery. Also very good updates and communications from the company. I highly recommend.
