They are responsive via email if there are any issues. Most colors are in stock when we need them. Consistency in the hats themselves is as good as any other manufacturer.

Great hats and product miss leading on how fast they produce the hats. Took over a month when the website says two week. They make the hats over seas when the website says states side.

Hat is great quality. Unfortunately, I thought I was purchasing a 5-panel hat instead of a 6-panel hat. So, while this is a great product, it's not actually what I was looking for.
