Overall great quality
Overall great quality, the team was easy to work with, and the quality of the hats are great. My only reason not to give 5 stars is the corner of the bill where it meets the hat is a touch sharp. The inner edge of the bill where it meets the hat should be a slightly different shape.
In general, GREAT bang for your buck and quality custimization (we used the screen print on these).

I will never order from them again
I will never order from them again. They messed up my logo. I sent pictures to show what was expected vs. what I got. They refused to fix the issue. They offered me a discount on my next order. Why would I ever order from them again if they screwed up the first order and failed to take any accountability for it.

Good pricing, small sizing.
Good pricing, very fast shipping on blanks (not sure about custom hats). The hats appear to be decent quality with nice sweat bands, but run very small compared to other hats I own from comparable manufacturers. These hats would be better suited to smaller heads and children. I believe Foremost is headquartered in China, so their hat sizing may be designed for that market.

Regarding the sizing, the 6526 and 6472 styles you purchased are both produced according to standard sizing specifications, with a 58 cm crown circumference and an adjustable snapback closure designed to fit a wide range of head sizes.
For customers who prefer a roomier fit, we also offer the 6526L, which is designed with a larger crown size and may be a better option.

AWFUL! Different sized letters and off center.
The hat proofs they sent me clearly had the writing on the hats off center and I called this out to them. In addition, the size of the letters were way too small (8cm). I also called that out. So, they send me a proof with larger letters (10cm) and (12cm). I selected the 10cm. They sent me one 10cm and one 8cm and both were wayyyyy off center. The hats look horrible. I paid $70 for two hats plus the insurance which only got me about $20 back. This company is a terrible business. And, I suggest you NEVER order from them ever. Plus the insurance offered sucks. You won't be reimbursed. BUYER BEWARE.

NO FALLOW UP DELIVERED WRONG PRODUCT
After a phone call with one of their representatives Foremost Hat Support on Wednesday, April 22, they sent us an email asking us to provide the logo along with files specifying the placement, size, etc.
The FILES AND INSTRUCTIONS were sent on April 23.
Then, for weeks... nothing. We thought they simply weren’t going to fulfill the order, but on May 26, we received an email stating : Your shipment status has been updated.
About 10 days later, we received the caps... WHICH DID NOT MATCH THE INSTRUCTIONS AND DESIGN provided to them at all... no communication, NO FOLLOW-UP, and the wrong product delivered.

I’m in Australia and find it hard to get quality products at a reasonable price. I ordered the suede truckers caps and foremost did not disappoint. They were packed very well and the quality is great. I’m a very happy customer and will be definitely using foremost as my supplier from now on

Impressively fast delivery and surprisingly high quality
First time ordering here. The package arrived from China in just 2 days. The quality of hats is insane for the price of just 4.85. My $200 Acne cap was probably manufactured in the same factory. You can't tell the difference.

Hats are great, shipping takes too long.
Hats are great. Shipping is way too slow. By the time they get packed and sent it takes almost 2 weeks to get them. Great products. Too long to receive them.
