This is absolutely some of the worst…
This is absolutely some of the worst stitching I have ever seen. After paying well over $100, I expected quality workmanship—not the sloppy, unacceptable product I received. This level of quality control is embarrassing and completely unacceptable at this price point.
Update: Don't believe this companies replay there stitching is the WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN!

We regret that this purchase did not meet your expectations. Regarding your refund request, we would like to clarify the following:
First, for customized orders, we offer the option of providing a physical sample for customer approval before production begins. Production is arranged only after the sample is approved. However, the pre-production physical sample approval option was not selected for your order.
Second, after receiving your feedback, we immediately submitted the matter to our Quality Control department for review. Based on the quality concerns you raised, our QC team compared the retained sample with the items you received and confirmed that the quality and production standards were consistent. No quality issue as described was found.
Under our return and refund policy, customized products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or the delivered item materially differs from the digital proof approved by the customer. After review, we confirmed that your order was produced according to the approved specifications, with no manufacturing error or design discrepancy.
For this reason, we are unable to approve your refund request. Thank you for your understanding.

Came as flat embroidery instead of 3D
I had ordered 3d embroidery but it came as flat embroidery. I don’t know where in the process things went wrong. The pricing is the same. I just got my order and I’m quite upset. I don’t feel confident in giving these to my clients, so I’ll probably just give them to family and friends. Probably won’t be ordering again.

Hats
Well, I bought two hats from them first one was great gray and black camel hat. The second hat was a green waterproof camo hat, but I didn’t really care for the flimsiness of the forehead part of the hat and how it was kinda like slanted backwards at an angle, I like more mine more forward more upright cause otherwise it loses the shape by the way it lays back. That’s the only reason why I’m giving it to three. Those hats need more stiffness and upright, an angle at the front of the forehead part.

Absolutely love these hats!
First off the delivery was exceptionally quick. I am also very happy with how the packaging arrived; it was not ripped, torn, or damaged. As for the product, the hats, I am very pleased with the size my logo came out on it, the colors of the hats are beautiful, and they fit very comfortably. Overall I am very happy with my Foremost Hat experience and I would recommend this brand above all others for sure.
