Ordered a Birkenstock Arizona Black Sandal. Got delivery & its fake piece may be made in Kanpur where from this company operates. (on slipper its printed- made in Germany).
Don't get cheated by buying from Shopoffracks website.
I am shocked that they are able to advertise this website on facebook easily to sell fake products.....
Firstly there is no address of the seller . That signals fraud . Noobile number . Signals fraud . UP location .
Then I ordered an xl regular and they sent me xl slim . No way to call them . They took 200 advance for a similar order and money is still with them . All in all I'm down 2000 . Poor experience. Report to Kapur Police .
Ordered 9 products. 5 shirts and 4 s
TShirts. Expected delivery was 17th. Received 5 shirts however no news about the TShirts. Their support both mail and WhatsApp do not respond
I received good products except few but I like
Fake products ….. the ad’s are so believable but items are total fake.
They are actually selling cheap fake goods 300-400 worth at 2000 stating MRP is 10000 and discount.
Totally fake and illegal actually.

Fraud company selling fake products
I placed an order for a shirt while they shipped a poor quality wrong product, since then I am trying to reach them for replacement however they are offering some stupid discount coupon instead of refund, very pathetic customer service..
Pls do not buy products from them, they are cheaters!!

Ordered 2 shirts.Recieved in different colors as ordered.After multiple mails they are not exchanging the shirts and offering a discount voucher for 500 for the next purchase.I was ready to send the shirts on my expense even then they are not keen on exchanging them.The size is also off.

Worst product and service.They sell duplicate product claiming to be original from brand factory. I ordered Birkenstock and its quality worse than the normal indian brands. Completely duplicate.

Nothing looking like a picture, wrong colour sent
It is a simply fake and duplicate things they are selling, nothing to do with the idea of actual brands
Polo I received had an off logo which was screaming duplicate, poor stitiching and a wrong colour on top
They use brands' photos and sell very poor dupes
Do not buy from them, it is scam
Also, look at their Instagram: all comments are closed, they do not want any interaction with customers and do not reply
