I placed an order worth ₹4,000 on December 22, 2024, and to date, I have not received the product. The company has failed to provide a tracking number or any updates regarding the order.
Despite multiple attempts to contact their support team through the provided numbers and channels, I have received no response. Neither a refund has been initiated nor has any effort been made to resolve the issue.
This experience has been highly disappointing, and the lack of accountability makes it feel like the company is engaging in fraudulent practices. I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from Brandzook.

Worst experience ever!

They are bloody thieves. They took money for a bag and gave me a 50₹ bag. I have filed a complaint with local police station.

Worst experience FRAUD COMPANY , I ordered a belt which cost around 1500 but when it’s delivered it’s comes a cheap quality belt

Brandzook, swipe luxury and how many other more sites are managed by one guy. I tried to get him to call me by making a fake order, since this guy already ripped me off, as soon as picked up the call and i told him to refund my money for the actual scam he did, he blocked me.
He took 2250 rs for a pair of sunglasses and gave me a cheap 50-100rs sunglasses.

man… lost 13k without doing any check on brandzook.. feeling bad ….

I ordered Tomford sunglasses. The package arrived after 4-5 days. The product I received was similar to the 30-40 rupees sunglasses sold on the road. Even the color and design of the sunglass was different from the picture. There was mo branding/logo on the sunglass. There was no box, no paper, just fake sunglasses of terrible quality. I asked gor refund and the brandzook people stopped responding to my messages.

These are scammers as I ordered a pair of Tomford flats and I was asked to pay atleast rs. 2000 online to process the delivery and 1500 rs I had to pay COD... But in the BOX I RECIEVED PLASTIC PAIR OF SHOES WORTH 50 INR IN INDIAN MARKET. I TRIED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT BUT THEY DIDN'T REPLY . SO PLEASE..... BEWARE!

It’s a big time fraud company kindly beware from them I have been a victim of them they allure people with great stuff and pics after that they send you a merely 50-60 rs shirt so that you’ll take from the delivery person after that they don’t give damn whosoever you are !! Kindly be aware from these scamsters

Fraud Scam. Will send u blank or plain garbage clothes instead of ur ordered item. They charge advance and will also do bank fraud

Total scam site. They send you cheap stuff, not even what you have ordered. Don't order from this site. They keep changing websites every few months.

i ordered 2 shirts from them and they gave me 2 shirts that would put even the worst clothes to shame. they had no resemblance to the ones i ordered and lost my 3100INR. nobody replied to my messages. i want to make their life living hell. anybody have any idea how we can do that?

Fraud ! Fraud This company is a complete fraud. I ordered two pairs of replica sandals for which they asked for an advance as order confirmation which I obliged to. Further that they confirmed my order saying it will be despatched immediately (which they did not do). After repeated followups they did so two days later and texted a courier tracking link after which the shoes received were nothing remotely close to what I ordered and were the worst quality of shoes that would be difficult to source off even of I were shopping on the streets. There is no revert from them despite repeated messages for clarification and the phone number provided simply disconnects in half a ring. BEWARE OF BRANDZOOK AKA STYLEKICKS AKA MAHADEV ENTERPRISES AS THEY ARE ABSOLUTE FRAUDSTERS . Their site has a chat bot for refund , they will ask your details , don’t share it’s a fraud company.

Are their negetive reviews? These are online fraudesters.. cyber criminals.. rob u showing copy products, will show tom ford replica and will send u 40-50 rs used barmuda, which u will only use in dusting..

It’s a fake site. Please don’t use it. It will state pay 10% upfront and rest on COD but the product they send across will be old or broken . The customer service does not work … please stay away and don’t lose money …
