Dissapointed in the Remologie
Interesting you should ask, as I just came back from a 2 week vacation. I am disappointed as I was informed that I am snoring & the Remologie Travelling CPAP machine turns off throughout my 'sleep process'.

Excellent customer service
The sales clerk noticed i selected the wrong headset and brought to my attention. She corrected my mistake and guided me to proper part needed.

Slow Service
Remologie sent me the wrong item (I double-checked my order confirmation) and has not responded to emails asking for help.
Update: a representative saw my review and corrected the situation, which is much appreciated. I still wish they gotten the order right in the first place, or at least responded to my email. The rep told me customer service “missed” it.
