SPORTSPET Avis 4

Bought a Sportspet volleyball with pull tabs for my Shih Tzu from my local pet shop. In less than 5 minutes chunks had been pulled out of it and it's no longer safe for my dog to play with. Reached out via email 2 weeks ago and had zero response.

After seeing this review somebody from Sportspet got in touch saying the email hadn't been seen, and that was why we hadn't had a reply. They offered to send out some alternative balls which we accepted and were received today. The person who dealt with our complaint was apologetic and professional and me and my dog appreciate the effort made to rectify this issue, thank you.

My dogs love this ball! It is so bouncy and goes really far when thrown. This ball is ideal for dogs that like to chew their ball, it seems really strong. It has survived longer than most already!! It is also great that it glows in the dark.
I would highly recommend this ball to anyone thinking of buying it.

Would just like to say we are absolutely LOVING the glow ball! We have one similar so it’s been really interesting to compare the two together!
Yours is definitely our favourite! It’s a lot quicker and easier to charge up and the size of the ball is so much more practical!
Loving that there’s a hole in the middle to make them more flexible as Brodie like the chew on his balls sometimes when he has hold of them and has managed to split a few after a while! So this is great for us!

Absolutely love the products! So durable and really good pricing. My dogs favourite toys. The glow in the dark balls really do glow! So bright and their super bounce balls are super bouncy!!
