Misleading advertising
The way you advertise 20% cash back but then it’s capped at $10 is a bit misleading. You seem to do this more and more and it really puts me off using ShopBack.

Thanks for the honest feedback, that's a fair point. Percentage based Cashback offers are sometimes capped at a maximum dollar amount by the retailer, but we hear you that this isn't always clear upfront, and we'll pass this on as something worth making clearer.

my review is solely based on games and their payouts. It would be really nice to be able to get a little more as it is taking FOREVER just to get into the double figures!!

Extra $$…. Easy
This is a great way to get some extra dollars, just for doing everyday stuff, I have earned $140 so far, just from playing some games and shopping through the app on things I buy all the time..

i dont use an app, i use the extension on google chrome, i tried to click it when i open skyscanner. It does not work

Shopback 1st before shopping
As long I remember to login in first woth cash back before buying online at accredited shops, otherwise all good. However, higher shop back percentage would be better and include more shops.

Small Rewards
Good app however you need to play more than a few minutes if you are doing the gaming for rewards. Considerable effort for a very small reward, however that may change the more you use it.
