Good system
liked the system not too difficult to understand but i didn’t get everywhere purchase of return dollars ..it’s bit annoying and somehow i could have just buy from shop if i didn’t get points ..

Deny big purchases even with proof of completion
Not a bad website but a bit shifty and dont honor big purchases like accommodation. Deny it even with proof of completion. $145 down the drain

Cashback decisions on bigger bookings like accommodation do depend on the merchant's own tracking, but we'd like to take another look at your specific case given the documentation you have. Okay with system
Okay with system, though it may take 3 or 4 times to snap a receipt before it is accepted. It says this shop is not on Shopback, but it is listed as an acceptable shop.

Thanks for this feedback, sorry the receipt scanning has needed multiple attempts and that a listed shop showed as not eligible, that's confusing and we'll pass it on to the team to look into.

Earning rate flow was far too…
Earning rate flow was far too logarithmic. Need exponential and cap, with bigger numbers, or some O(t) in between. Earning more points faster and make them redeemable much sooner.
