Annoying but OK, Slow Accumulation
I don't have to worry about it, it builds up in your account and you get a nice little surprise that may save your life one day, who knows. It's annoying when you have to constantly apply the cashback to every shop, I think that they should be able to make that automatic, one less hassle and a smoother shop.

Unsure at the moment..
Unsure at the moment... haven't completely received my cash back yet. I have 2 accor plus bookings which I haven't see that they haven't been accounted for. I have raised the missing cash back issues with shop back... no feedback so far. I have booking documents to proof the bookings. I wonder where's their customer service email is?
