Wrong product received but no replacement
I have ordered iron man action figure building toy order no 20667 but they have sent me wrong product informing about this they are now regretting to get exchange as the courier pack is opened not the main box seal ...

At Shopbefikar, we follow a standard verification process for wrong or damaged product claims. For an exchange to be approved, we require an unboxing video showing the courier packet seal being opened for the first time, as this helps us verify issues fairly with our logistics partners.
In this case, since the courier packet was already opened before reporting the issue, we were unable to validate the claim, which is why the replacement could not be processed. This policy is clearly mentioned on our website and is necessary to prevent misuse and ensure fairness for all customers.
