Do not buy from Goldenwarm

Do not buy from Goldenwarm.

Everything is dropped shipped from China and expect long delays to receive any items. After 21 days we requested they cancel the order as it’s taken too long and our units were being fitted.

They rejected and stated we have to cover the costs of shipping the items back to china.

You can find the same handles at similar pricing from UK suppliers with quicker lead times and less aggravation when it comes to returns.

Do not use Goldenwarm.

As an international brand, our products are shipped from our overseas warehouse in order to offer a wider selection and competitive pricing. Because of this logistics model, delivery times can sometimes be longer than domestic-only suppliers, especially during peak shipping periods or customs processing.

Regarding your cancellation request, once an order has already entered the processing or shipping stage, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it immediately, as the items are already in transit. In such cases, our return policy requires the items to be sent back to our warehouse, which is located overseas. We understand this may be inconvenient, and we always try to clearly communicate this policy before purchase.

We are genuinely sorry for the frustration this has caused, especially given your installation timeline. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and we will take your feedback seriously to improve our communication and service process.

Hardware Transformed My Kitchen - Night & Day Difference!

I'm in the middle of a full kitchen remodel and decided to paint my existing cabinets instead of buying new ones. The game-changer? Updating ALL the hardware.

Ordered 27 handles

Ordered 27 handles, was then told one size was not now available, so I replied saying I'll change to next size. No reply or confirmation. Now I've been told that this particular handle is no longer available. Taken 10 days to relay this despite several emails asking for details on delivery.
They drop ship from China. This is not made clear when ordering and certainly not clear on their site. Also it does not make clear what is and is not in stock. Very disappointed in level of service regarding communication. This has cost me and set kitchen completion back. Its not hood practise to advertise a product you cannot deliver particularly after payment has been made. By looks of some of the reviews, I'm not the only one! Well you pays your money you takes your chance! Very unprofessional

You have to pay to ship returns to China!!

Customers are responsible for shipping back their returns - and guess what! They want you to ship back to China with tracking! It will cost more than whatever you paid for these garbage handles so customer be aware!

Laura was awesome

I’m genuinely impressed with Goldenwarm. The product quality exceeded my expectations—everything arrived exactly as described, well-made, and clearly built to last.

Shipping did take a bit longer than I initially expected, so I’d definitely recommend ordering a few days in advance if you’re on a timeline. It may have been impacted by Chinese New Year, but either way, it’s something to keep in mind.

What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Laura was absolutely fantastic—professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. It’s rare to come across that level of care these days, and it made a big difference.

Overall, despite the slight delay, I’m extremely happy with my purchase and the experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Goldenwarm again.

So far, my experience with this company has been excellent. Their customer service has been prompt, professional, and very accommodating — they even offered a complimentary upgrade to expedited shipping, which I truly appreciate.

Nice quality

I really love how these look on my cabinets, the brushed gold has a high-end feel that isn't too shiny or "fake" looking. They’ve got a nice weight to them and don’t feel like cheap, hollow plastic, which makes a big difference when you're opening heavy drawers every day. Installation was a breeze and everything lined up perfectly without any weird gaps or wobbly screws. I’ve had them on for a bit now and they don't show fingerprints or smudges easily, which is a huge plus for a busy kitchen. Overall, it's an easy way to make the whole room look way more expensive without spending a fortune.

These worked great for our doors.

These locks are much more complex than ordinary locks. After reading the instructions, although it was a bit complicated, I finally managed to install them. They work very well. They look really nice on our door.

Cabinet Pulls/ Great quality and service

I ordered the dark gray cabinet pulls for my new kitchen remodel. I was very happy with the quality and design. Sleek but strong and solid. I sampled several other designs from other places and wasn’t happy until I found these.

They do take about a week to deliver with expedited shipping so plan ahead. Worth the wait.
On my last order I realized I miscounted and needed three more- customer service was great! They responded quickly and added them to my order.

Very happy customer!

Disgrace

Hiding behind a uk adress and it all comes from china it was stated 10 days at most for my package and it took 18 days meaning I couldn’t finish the job and lost out on money and when I contacted customer support they had nothing to say other than it would be 6-10 working days like stated when ordered

DO NOT USE this company. When you order you’re not aware the goods come from China. They don’t despatch instantly and I placed an order on the 6th November the goods weren’t despatched till 18th November I’m still awaiting for the goods now 5th December. Email response poor. I cannot get a refund !

Poor quality, no response to return

I purchased handles from Goldenwarm, when they arrived they were not very good quality at all. I’ve emailed them multiple times to return them and they haven’t responded, despite the fact that I meet their return criteria. Don’t buy from them
