As an international brand, our products are shipped from our overseas warehouse in order to offer a wider selection and competitive pricing. Because of this logistics model, delivery times can sometimes be longer than domestic-only suppliers, especially during peak shipping periods or customs processing.

Regarding your cancellation request, once an order has already entered the processing or shipping stage, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it immediately, as the items are already in transit. In such cases, our return policy requires the items to be sent back to our warehouse, which is located overseas.
