I am so happy to say that these handles are super cute with nice finishing, love the durability.

Beautiful kitchen cabinet handles (x20). Fitted all the handles, look and feel brilliant. The last one was a bit dodgy, I contacted Goldenwarm, sending a video of the faulty handle, they sent me a replacement No problem at all. Delivery time is a couple of weeks but it is coming from China.

I.dont normally leave reviews but I have emailed them twice and waiting on a response. It's been stating the order is in transit for days now and has a plane symbol, yet I am meant to have these as per their website by 3 days time!

I ordered door handles 21 days ago I have not heard anything since that day 12/08/24

I have emailed them and have had no response, I am waiting to complete my daughters wardrobes would really appreciate a response on here or via email.

This company sent substandard cabinet pulls that look cheap cheap cheap. I contacted Claire to return them, they offered me 20% back and I had spent over $157. Then they told me after I didn't accept the 20% that they would refund it, but not the shipping from China. They said it's not their seller's fault. Well it is their seller's fault because I don't want the substandard pulls. They should stand by their product, but they do not. The whole return policy and the promise of satisfaction is complete malarkey. Don't believe them, don't buy from them, it's a disaster and terrible experience.

It's difficult to find a handle that feels and looks good, but this one has the ideal weight.

Ordered small number of cabinet handles 8 days ago and have received no items, no update and no confirmation the items have even been dispatched. In this day and age there is absolutely no excuse for poor customer service or such long dispatch and delivery times. Absolutely poor service. Could order handles for next day delivery elsewhere, which is what I would advise everyone to do.

These Handles have beautiful design. Comfortable to the hand. Gives a chic update to simple old white cabinets.

I placed an order for 23 handles and I received only received 5 at first. I contacted them via their contact page and received a response after 3 days. I have scored as an 4 as I feel there is room for improvement in communications, my initial frustration could’ve easily been resolved by communications stating my order would be shipped in different shipments. But Goldenwarm did turn the experience around in the end and they not only delivered the rest of my order in time for my kitchen fit but they offered me a 10% refund as an apology which was greatly appreciated. The quality of the product is 5* so I am very pleased to have received the order in full in the end.

They are just as gorgeous in person as they look in the bathroom.
