I had what I feared was going to be a major problem with an order. It was delivered promptly , that wasn’t the problem.
I sent an email to customer service and within two hours the owner contacted me directly with a profuse apology and immediate credit to reverse the error. Went out of her way to make it right. Exceptional customer service from a lovely small business. Great fashions!

Ordered from them 2016 saw them on Facebook thought wow their stuff looks cute sent numerous emails they keep saying you will receive it soon within 2-8 weeks I never got it of course got scammed have all the emails to prove it :(

I am so happy I stumbled upon Shop Gracie! I was originally looking for an Ariana Grande hoodie and found their “Thank you, next” hoodie. But I also found so much more. My hoodie is super soft and the graphic lettering has not worn away after many washes. I also discovered their tee shirts. I got a white graphic tee in a bigger size and it is my favorite thing to wear over bathing suits and on cute lazy days. I will definitely be ordering more! :)

I ordered a shirt for my mum for Christmas and placed the order with significant time before the date but it never arrived. In January I reached out to the company and they told me that they were having a problem shipping orders from black friday/cyber monday and they have a backlog, which i completely understood and they upgraded my shipping to priority mail. I then reached out again in Feburary as the shipping said it was still in America and hadn't even been put through customs. My order had been sent back to their p.o box and they offered to give me a 15% refund or cancel the order for a full refund. Since i had bought it as a Christmas gift I asked for it to be resent. I then had to text them again in March, because the shipping still hadn't updated nor had the refund come through. She claimed that their was issues with the coronavirus, which again, i completely understand. I ended up getting a full refund for the order and it only arrived today. 5 days before my mums birthday.
This is absolutely ridiculous. It shouldn't take 5 MONTHS TO ARRIVE. And to make matters worse not once did the company reach out to me, I had to text them first every single time. That is not okay. Having said that the quality of the shirt is actually pretty good and no matter how much i want to like it i just cant because of the amount of time it took to get here. 5 months in ridiculous.

Absolutely LOVE Shop Gracie! Their graphic T’s are always on point! And the shirts are true to size! Can’t go wrong with a cute shirt that everyone loves and wants!

I love love love love love all the clothes from here!! Very nice quality and reasonably priced!! I did have issues with shipping, but Grace reached out to me and was very helpful throughout the whole process! She kept me updated whenever there was something new regarding my shipping information. Her customer service skills are impeccable!! There needs to be more people like her. I would give them a million stars if I could; they can definitely count me as a regular buyer 😆

I really recommend Shop Gracie to everyone. They are the most best online site for clothes. I only bought shirts and hoodies from them so far but I would read the measurements for pants they have. Shipping is great I had no problems at all. Customer service is great too, they actually reach out to you if you have problems.

Apparently their shipping practices kind of stink. Many reviews rave about them replacing a lost order, Reduce rates for priority shipping...How about just send it when you say?
I ordered my daughter's hoodies before Christmas and still dont have them.

They say they will send them priority so we will have them this week. I just wanted them if not for her Christmas gift at least before she went back to school! Great Christmas gift! :(
So far not impressed.

I ordered my daughter a hoodie on Black Friday, and they had it ready to ship as promised. It unfortunately got lost in the mail. When I contacted Shop Gracie, they immediately made it right and rushed a replacement along with reducing the cost I had paid. Great customer service! We look forward to ordering from them in the future.

After a delay receiving our shipment we follow-up with Shop Gracie USA. To their great credit they provided excellent client service in their response. They apologized for the delay and express posted our products to us and we had them 2 days later. We will now have one very happy kid at Christmas thanks to Grace who went the extra mile! Not only do I love the matching shirt set I got, but the customer service and shipping were on point too!
Even before I ordered they answered 3 or 4 of my questions via Instagram DM, and they were quick too! Delivery was on time based on the estimate they provided to me. And when I emailed them to inquire on shipment status, they were quick to reply there as well.
And as for the shirts? They are super cute and came as advertised. The seams and material feel solid. The print was flush with the fabric and doesn’t look “flaky”, even after the first wash.
10/10 would recommend!
