Shipping is a NIGHTMARE!! I've order twice from them, which I shouldn't even had try for the second time...lesson learned!!! Definitely won't order from them every again. The first time my package never shipped and when I contacted them they said it cause 2 out of the 5 things I order they didn't have in stock anymore and that's why it never shipped. But when I told them I got charged for the items and why wasn't I notify they pretty much said oh my bad we can swap out those 2 items 😑😑. Long story short I got my money back for what they didnt have and the items I paid for. Fast forward like maybe 2yrs I decided to give them another chance cause if they been around this long maybe they fixed all the issues. NOPE!! not once but twice I choose the Express shipping and nothing has came in within 2-3 business days after confirmation. And I had to reach out again to see why my package have been sitting at pre-shipment for 2 weeks now.....

Update: I changed it from 2 to 3 cause the customer support was extremely helpful and they were quick to fix the issue. Overall the customer support was excellent and understanding and they ended up refunding me some money which was nice cause I wasn't expecting that.

Found out about Shop Gracie through the beautiful Princess Mae and I just had to check it out! I impulsively bought the Valerie Romantic Floral Romper in black because it was so gorgeous! It wasn’t until after I bought it that I was having second thoughts because I hardly ever buy clothes online and I was worried about the size and quality of the romper. To my delight, the shipping was fast and the customer service is amazing AND the romper came as a perfect fit and exceeded my expectations when I saw how silky soft it was 😍 I’m absolutely in love with Shop Gracie and am definitely building up a wishlist now 💕

Let me preface by saying I’m really, REALLY picky about where I shop. I’m not into the stores that only show one type of body, and I fluctuate weight a lot so comfort in where I shop is really important to me. ShopGracieUSA is my favorite shop (online and otherwise). Their selection is vast and unique so I’m never afraid of being a basic b!tch. The prices are GREAT. Their customer service is really out of this world. They’re quick, efficient, and kind. I’ve only had one issue with them (sold out in my size) and they were wildly accommodating. I rarely spend my hard earned money elsewhere, just because SG is so on point with style and service. From shopping, to shipping, to the runway show I give myself after I’ve received my goodies, ShopGracie is the top spot for my closet’s needs.
