Ordered and didn't get it till 3 months after. Dog poop

took almost two months, would've given 1 star if they didn't throw in the free chain as compensation. Prices are amazing, quality is good and the chains look great. Got silver to avoiding green-neck, but they haven't tarnished or broke yet. Clamps are small and flimsy though, quality is decent for the prices but again, customer service and delivery was outrageous.

I tried reaching out to customer service initially and never heard back. my order then took over a month to get to me when shipping was supposed to be around 7 days. then when i wanted to make a return customer service never got back to me

I gave the ring to my girlfriend and she loved I and wore it everyday until the silver faded off and copper was showing she couldn’t ware anymore becouse it gave her a rash

I Normally Always Order From You Guys But This Order I Didn’t Receive My Kids Pendants It Was A Small A & A Small M And I Emailed You Guys But No Answer On What’s Going On So …. normally 5 Stars But I Don’t Appreciate Having To Buy Items I Dont Receive .& No Communication Either

Love the products, however they took over 8 weeks to receive. I contacted customer service about 3 weeks in and never received a response. Was just really disappointed with the wait time as I ordered these well in advance of Christmas only to receive them 2 weeks after Christmas was over. I had to find other gifts as a result.

Product took over a month to arrive and the chain was not the correct one

Only shipped half my order. Wanted a refund for the other half they didn't ship. Never responded to me till this day. Also didn't engrave the pendant they were supposed to. They owe my $180 basically.

I ordered a product on 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive any shipping updates. I’ve called the customer service number, and the number is out of service. I contact both emails at Iceci regarding my order and still no update. Worst experience ever!!!!!

Placed an order to be delivered on 3 - 5 business days on 12/9.it is now 12/22 and my order status is still "order received". I've sent 3 messages to their support email address but haven't received any replies. Instead, all I've received from them has been my order confirmation when I paid for it & 3 emails inviting me to be an affiliate. Like, really?

I placed my order for a birthday present in mid September. ( somewhere around the 17th) The birthday was not until November. I checked on my order in the first week of October and it was still not processed. I tried calling customer service with no luck. I emailed them and still nothing. Lucky for me I paid with PayPal and I put a dispute in. This finally got someone to contact me. My order was finally processed at the end of October, even though they took my money when I placed the order. I didn’t received it in time to give it as the birthday present. I emailed customer service November and I still have not heard anything from them until today (December 23rd )when they wanted a review.
This was not my first purchase from them. The first time the order came a little late, but it was nicely packaged and the quality matched the description listed. This order was for the same exact item and Borge the quality and the packaging was inferior. I am not planning on buying any other products from this company again.

Edit: I forgot to mention that I paid to have the item engraved. After waiting all that time they NEVER engraved it and no refund either. I highly recommend to avoid using this company.

Worse than a gum ball machine quality, no tracking, took forever to ship, absolute junk. Wore chain for 3 days and it faded.

Your phone number on your site is disconnected . The parcel was 3 weeks late, No one responded to any of my 4 emails . When the necklace arrived iy was the wrong length and still no one has responed to any of these issues.

Scam, says it will arrive in 3-5 arrived over 1 month later, do not buy

My order took a bit to get here, but when it did, the necklaces were amazing and the bracelet was perfect. Absolutely great website, will be returning soon.
