Solid Silver? (Stainless steel is more like it!)
Advertised as solid 925 silver and I ordered 13 chains W/ Moissanite letters. Each chain was Stainless steel I had to get rid of all of them. On top of shipping wait times, product wasn’t as advertised.

- The dagger bracelet was way to big on my wrist kept falling down my wrist wish you guys had a smaller size
- The two baby baguettes cross pendant are great but it supposed to come with rope chains and i got two small chains that came instead of the top chains i wish you guys added that in your guys descriptions instead of saying it comes with rope chain on the pictures and in the description and i really order the rope chains so i honestly don’t know but other than that pendants are very nice and great quality just wish it came with rope chains i order size 16 in the rope chains

Product was amazing and my daughter loved the pieces. But your customer service has to be the worst EVER! Hire some work-from-home people. Improve your communication. If I know it is going to take 3 weeks to get a confirmation on the delivery status or completion of my order on the day I order, that would manage my expectations and make for better reviews. Not to mention, you'd improve your operations and avoid cancellations, etc. Get a working phone. Get a better delivery service. But don't stop doing quality work That helped me my attitude towards the company and think seriously about being an affiliate or ambassador.

Terrible!!!
Terrible company. They sent me a pendant with missing stones. Then they NEVER reply to my emails. I had to go through PayPal, and all these guys do is reply with spam just to give themselves time to pass the refund policy time. Save your time and money. This company is a MAJOR HEADACHE.
