My wife ordered me a chain over 2 months ago and we have not received it. It never made it to usps as I contacted them to do an investigation. Between me and my wife we emailed iceci 6 times only to be ignored. Also their phone number listed has been out of service for months.

Would not recommend.
Items came in a week apart one package is missing items. I’ve tried to contact customer service for over a week for a return with no luck. Going to call my bank and dispute the charge. Their customer service number doesn’t even ring when you call. Shady company.
