I absolutely love my shirt

I absolutely love my shirt! It fits as expected (I ordered an XL) is super cute and looks exactly like it does online! I have gotten so many compliments on how cute it is!

What a rip off. Don't order from these people. Terrible customer service real crappy work. Rude workers. I'd give this place zero stars Elsa hangs up on people during a chat about missing merchandise

This is not a trustworthy company

This is not a trustworthy company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered a t-shirt for work because they advertised a print that was perfect for my job. I was so disgusted when the shirt arrived. The print was beautiful, but the shirt was so awful I can't believe a company would actually put their prints on it. It was supposed to be red but was horribly washed out. I ordered a large because it was 100% cotton. It's a large, but I believe possibly a child's large because I can't wear it. I can tell by the shape that it will shrink to half it's size and stretch the first time it's washed. Terrible quality shirt.

I filed a claim. The only option is to get a reprint. I don't want a reprint. I want a refund because a reprint will be done on the same atrocious shirt. Refund is apparently not an option. They won't even acknowledge my concerns. I intend to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!

Took 5weeks to arrive, cost was $35 have been charged $51.44 which equates to €45.73....and is badly made, with no idea of how to contact them, their website is down

HORRIBLE COMPANY

HORRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM FOR ANY REASON. There is borderline no way to even contact anyone from the company for ANYTHING!!!! I ordered a Christmas themed shirt for a Christmas party. I ordered on the 20th of November. It is now December 11th, and my order hasnt even been shipped out yet. Not one person is able to tell me WHEN it will, or how much longer. They instead randomly put a claim in for 10% off my order. Which was useless. I received $2 back. They will not cancel my order, refund me, or even tell me where it is?? To this day, it has still not even left the warehouse. I wont even get it by Christmas. OVER A MONTH LATER. They are awful, horrible customer service, and obviously a scam company. Save your money or just throw it in the garbage, because that is what I did with this.

Do NOT order from this company. I placed an order for a MS Warrior shirt back in May as I have MS. It's now the Middle of August and have yet to receive it. Tried to contact them...no results. Very dissatisfied.

DO NOT USE SHOPITEE. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I placed an order on 4/26/18. By placing my order on this date, I was guaranteed to receive my order by 5/10/18. This date has come and gone. As of this evening, 5/11/18, I have not yet received the item. I ordered the item for an event on tomorrow. I now will not be able to use the item. I spoke with Alex via the Shopitee online Chat option and asked for a full refund and order cancellation since I cannot use the item. Alex apologized and informed me that because the item is custom, I can only receive 10% back of my purchase price. Let's not talk about the fact that 10% does not even cover the S&H fees. But before I could ask another question, Alex left the Chat room and put me back in the cue. I opened another Chat with Joe and explained my situation again, and also told Joe that I no longer want the item, as it was to be used for an event tomorrow. Joe apologized and informed me that I can receive a partial refund. When I asked how much is a partial refund, and why should I be held responsible for something that is not my fault, especially when I ordered my item within their stipulations, Joe left the Chat room and put me back in the cue. I opened a 3rd Chat and have been waiting for a response now for the last 89+ mins and counting. This is not the way to do business. I was skeptical to begin with and should have followed my instincts before placing an order with this company. Won't happen again, nor will I let any of my friends or family order from this company. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

I ordered a shirt for myself paid then went back about 5 mins later to order the same shirt different size and color for my sister for mother's day didn't pay attention to the cart i paid and when i got the email that my order was being processed i immediately emailed them because they charged me again for the first shirt i had already paid for. Needless to say they refunded me my money. However i had the 2 shirts delivered to the same address i received 1 shirt then got an email that night saying the other shirt had been delayed due to insufficient address. Ok i call post office thinking they still had the package and i could just go pick it up but nope it was already sent back. So once again i email this company and the only thing they could offer me was a damn reprint of the shirt for free. I first asked if it could be next day delivery since Mother's Day is this weekend and Alex stated that my order did not qualify nor could i get a refund. HELLO THIS IS YOUR COMPANYS SCREW UP. How do i get one shirt but not the other. His response was they had no other solution but to reprint. Umm no for your screw up you can send next day delivery or refund my money back since my package was not delivered by the time the ad offered. Sorry for such a long response but i am highly aggravated with them now my sister will not get her mother's day present......

Apathetic support, "too bad, so sad."

They had an ad on FB showing an MS Warrior hoodie for $34.99. Decided to purchase it, but when I put my card info in it didn't show me the order before finalizing the purchase. Just enter the card in and BOOM, you're done. Problem with that is the price was higher than anticipated. Reviewing my order I see that I was charged $39.99. Contacted them about the price increase without offering me a review of the purchase prior to finalizing it, and they essentially said "too bad, so sad." Even sent them a pic of the price I saw. Still the same answer. It's only a $5 difference, but it's not about the money anymore, it's the principle. Even when shown proof of your fault you don't accept it. Maybe keep tabs of all your ads and marketing and get all of your prices squared away. And when someone has an issue don't be so apathetic.

Great company to order from!

I love how fast my t-shirt and sweatshirt came in the mail, it only took about a week! The fit of the clothing is great and the print is perfect. I will definitely be ordering from Shopitee again!
