I never received my order. Ordered in January 2025, it’s June

I agree with all the other bad reviews for the metallic paints. So tiny when they arrived were definitely not worth the money and even at the discount price which seems to be an endless price so discounted at all. I feel I have been coned as they are nothing like the ones you see in the pictures.

Complaint Regarding Misleading Product and Refund Policy

If I could give less than one star, I absolutely would. The items I purchased from Shoplari did not perform as advertised on their website. They were completely ineffective and far from what was promised.

When I reached out to Shoplari Customer Service to initiate a return—offering to send the items back in their original packaging for a full refund—I was told I could receive only a 30% refund and was encouraged to keep the items “to save CO2 emissions.”

I followed up with multiple emails, clearly stating that I wanted a full refund and was willing to return the products. Each time, I received the same response offering only partial compensation—first 30%, and then 50%. At no point was I given the option to return the items for a full refund.

The company refuses to honor a 100% refund, and returning the merchandise is effectively impossible because they require returns to be shipped back to China—something they don't clearly disclose at the time of purchase.

This was a frustrating and deceptive experience. I would not recommend shopping with Shoplari to anyone.

Had the Shield about 7 months now and it’s held up great. Dropped it, banged it around, still works like new. Battery lasts almost a week and it’s comfortable to wear all day.

This is the most horrible site to purchase items, I purchased an item through Pinterest, It took for ever tu arrive, ( in the mid time I get an item somewhere else) and when the item arrived I sent an Email to them to return it. Saying that is new, I never open it. And they said ( our product are higiene kind and they don't accept returns. ( The item is new ) They are scammers... !!! DON'T PURCHASE WITH THEM

I bought the embroidery kit from these idiots with a part missing rendering the whole concept I bought into for £20 useless. With various emails back and forth and a second kit sent out to me foc but guess what the same part missing! First offer of a 50% refund now they are offering a 75% refund. What a joke this company is. STAY CLEAR

if I could give no stars I would, not yet received goods that I paid for, waited and waited, no communication from this company at all, stay clear of this company and shop elsewhere online

Ordered mini IPL, took absolutely ages to arrive (weeks) when it did -by amazon deliverer?! Removed outer packaging to find box wasn't even sealed. Charged the item as per instructions but it's not worked, looks like a cheap copy - no markings such as arrows on it which states in the instructions, couldn't remove the head to change it, cut my fingers trying. Emailed shoplari asking for return/refund instructions but never had response.

Should be reported to Trading Standards . My order arrived with a part missing
( Easy Stitch Embroidery Set) I emailed through their customer services address several times with no reply. I should have been suspicious by then but the item wasn’t too expensive, so I ordered another, which to my annoyance arrived with the same part missing! Several emails later, still no reply!! Rubbish company so please don’t buy from them, although you’ll find nothing but glowing reviews on their website. Hilarious.
My new rule is to look at Trustpilot before I order anything from a company I haven’t used before.

This is a complete scam product. It doesn’t work like it is advertised. It didn’t foam up or clean away anything. I’m sad that I fell for the lies. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!

I purchased the brush that is suppose to curl your hair it didn’t work! Delivery was supposed to be 7-14 days took 26 days! Poor communication sent over 25 messages n only replied when they feel fit to. And I don’t get a refund I get 30% refund which is 13.80 I spent 45.00 !!!!! How is that fair ? A product that doesn’t work as they stated Don’t buy anything from them

Bought a supposed miracle foam cleaner. Advertised as two large spray cans and shown in video clips as turning to foam on spraying. Burnt on good and grease build up on pans, ovens etc was supposedly eliminated and items came up like new.

What I received were two tiny pump spray bottles about a third of the size of the ones advertised. Tried it on an old pan base. No foam - just dribbled out like water. And, yes, you’ve guessed it - might just as well have been water. Zero effect.

Absolute rip off and shockingly brazen misrepresentation on the website.Company can’t be contacted by phone and haven’t responded to emails. Will be reporting to Trading Standards, but in the meantime l would recommend avoiding.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. NO PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT ANYONE AND THEY WON'T RESPOND THROUGH EMAIL. I'VE CONTACTED THEM 3 TIMES NOW AND THEY ONLY GIVE YOU 30 DAYS FOR A REFUND, BUT YOU CAN'T EVEN GET THEM TO RESPOND!!!!!!

Do not buy anything from this site. Complete scam. I bought something paid $52 and it's not worth even $2 dollars. No customer support. They give you the runaround. Complete scam. Keep your money

Metallic watercolors were tiny and hard to activate. Definitely not like the video ad on Pinterest and not worth the extra $$$. I can get better quality and price in many other places. Very disappointed.

I ordered an easy thread needle set. The part that threads the needle was missing. After a lot of backwards and forwards via emails they agreed to send another set out.
It arrived today and the same part is missing! The whole kit is useless without it. £22 wasted.😡 Absolute disgrace and really can’t be bothered to go through the whole scenario again. STAY CLEAR!

This is a scam. Don’t buy anything from them. Their products are a joke. I ordered paint set 50 for $52. Got cheap looking thing which is not even worth $2. I have been trying to get an answer from their customer service and it is zero. Do not trust them. Someone needs to investigate them. They are scammers. Beware!
