When I eventually received my order it was not as described and piece's missing.
Very poor quality!! Tried to contact them through email but still haven't got no response.
Very disappointed.

I ordered a paint set. - Glowmax . This was advertised at 50% off so £25 down from £50.
Well when it did turned up it was a very small palette made of plastic no bigger than a standard ink pad and a cheap plastic water pen you fill with water and a small plastic dish!! What an Absolute RIP OFF. Not with the discounted price let alone £50. Do not buy from this company.

We all need to contact the BBB or consumer reports & have them investigated.

DO NOT TRUST this company. They are nothing but a scam. I never received my package and they say it was delivered. Take my word. Do not order from them

If I could give zero stars I would. Pretty sure this is a scam website. I have no product I ordered, no refunded money, nothing. And customer service keeps saying same thing over and over. And when I tell them to refund my money then they don’t respond. Do NOT use this website

Seen an ad on Pinterest for a hair mask. I clicked into it because it looked good. The jar used in the ad was a good size jar. The one that was sent fits in the palm of my hand. Definitely not even worth $25. It’s maybe one use worth of product. I don’t know how all the reviews on the site make it sound like they’re getting a lot of use of the product with it being so little.

I ordered a bag from them on October 10. The bag has been in transit with Yun shipping services since October 14. I have emailed every week since October 29 and only receive in accurate information and falsehoods. One email stated, we have resent your bag. The next email stated your new bag is on the way and here is your tracking. The tracking provided is for the SAME original bag and SAME original tracking information. It is like a bad Kafka-like round of emails. I have been requesting a refund for 3 weeks now to no avail.

I am extremely dissatisfied with how my recent order cancellation was handled. To clarify: I cancelled the order within ten minutes of placing it and immediately contacted your team through email/messages to ensure my cancellation request was acknowledged. Despite this, my request was ignored, and the order was shipped out anyway.

This situation reflects a failure on your part to check your communication channels in a timely manner. I fulfilled my responsibility as a customer by notifying you promptly. It is unacceptable that your team disregarded this and proceeded with the shipment.

Furthermore, I have already paid for shipping once and refuse to pay for return postage due to your error. Your repeated apologies lack sincerity, as it’s clear that my messages were not read or addressed properly. Instead, your response shifted blame to the customer rather than accepting your team’s oversight.

Here are the key points I’d like to address:

1. I cancelled the order promptly, but your team failed to act on my request.

2. I expect you to cover the costs for return shipping, as this issue was caused entirely by your mistake.

3. I expect immediate action to resolve this issue, including reimbursement of all fees I’ve incurred unnecessarily.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it further. This includes:

Leaving detailed negative feedback on all your platforms.

Reporting your practices to the local authorities and police as I consider this behavior deceptive.

I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and disregard for basic customer service. Please address this matter urgently, as I expect a fair resolution.

Two weeks to deliver my item. I asked for a refund - they answered with a scripted message=sorry for the delay. Item arrived with piece missing. They are on Pinterest - BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I found this site from Pinterest.
I ordered a hair care product. But I don’t have confidence this site. So I emailed for cancellation in an hour. They didn’t replied.
Next day they sent a message of shipping and then they sent another email to say No! for my cancellation request.
Even more thing to made me upset is their price is more than double than other site. They are still advertising it’s 50% off and final day.
I didn’t get my order yet. Their tracking system guided wrong.

I ordered the shimmering watercolor paints 20 colors that they advertised in a size of 8x10. It arrived as a 3x4 in size with poorly made watercolor type paints that weren't shimmery as advertised. It looks as if they made it themselves. This is false advertising. They gave a non active tracking link so there was no way to track the order.

I’ve tried to reach their customer service team to do a return and they haven’t responded. I received cowboy boots that look really cheap and hurt my feet. They were $50! I have sent 3 emails and haven’t received a response. Very disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of OrthoWalks™ - The Rome Sandals. The quality is absolutely shockingly poor - the glue is smeared all over the shoes, making them look cheap and hastily put together. Additionally, the white sandals I received have a completely different finish than what was shown in the photo above, which is misleading and deceptive.

Not only that, but the sizing is completely off - these sandals are labeled as a UK10, but they are far too small and definitely do not fit true to size. I can barely even get my foot into them, let alone wear them comfortably.

To top it off, the smell of these sandals is absolutely atrocious. Even now, when I took them out of the sealed bag to take photos, the stench is overwhelming. I have to keep them sealed in the bag at all times, as the smell makes me feel physically sick and has permeated my entire house.

Overall, I regret ever purchasing these sandals and would not recommend them to anyone. The poor quality, incorrect sizing, and nauseating odor make them a complete waste of money. I have contacted them for send the sandals back and get a full refund, however, I've been offered 30% back and keep the items, to which I said no, then I was offered 50% and keep the sandals to which I said no, now they stopped replying to my emails. I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank..... It's absolutely shocking experience, Stay away from Shoplari and save your money and wellbeing.

At first, I did a quick Google search to see the reliability of this website as I was unsure of its reliability and it came across as ok.

I trusted what I saw and placed an order. After doing a deeper dive, I discovered that they are unreliable and steal products and product photos.

I also have noticed that the prices change on the website. The item I purchased was on sale for half off and had an original cost of roughly $80 US. The price completely changed at the checkout, which I overlooked before I ordered.

It is disappointing that the only way to contact them is through email or submitting a form, but I have emailed and I am waiting for a response back to cancel my order completely and receive a refund. There is also no way to cancel an order on the site, which is unacceptable.

I would not trust this site at all. It is complete garbage.

Product I ordered didn't work as described. They list a "moneyback guarantee" on their product page. I tried to get my money back with by emailing the contact listed and get slow responses and they've told me they can give me "20% and you keep the item", I'll say "no I want my full refund", then they reply "30% refund and you keep the item" over and over again. They have been shady about not giving the return address. Save your money and time - buy elsewhere.

This shop sells clothing and was found on Pinterest. There is nothing on their website for a physical address or a phone number. Customer support can only be via email or submitting a form on their Contact Us page.

I bought an item which was 50% less than other reputable stores but I never could get them to send me the tracking number for confirmation that it shipped. Still have not received the product and out the money I spent.

I used an Apple Cash card to purchase and will be submitting a fraud claim with Apple on the transaction.
This shop does not appear to sell on any other platforms and has very poor response times. They also score very very low on anything showing that they are actually a valid store.

Self claimed reviews, security and customer support do not actually mean they are true. Need proof which is not on their website but it does not exist. Everything which I have attempted to find on this online store tells me that it is not a valid retailer and I would never make a purchase again. Recommend staying away from this fake shop.
