Great start
Early days with this company, till (Shopmate 360) installed today. But a great start, from the non pushy salesman to the engineer who couldn't have been more helpful. Loving the new till, have been adding hotkeys & promotions from the back office, so straightforward. Like chalk & cheese when compared to our previous till and company (who are charging me over £700 to get out of contract). Hopefully won't regret this positive review further down the line 😅

I had a technical issue I needed help with on my till and the guy Tom was fantastic talking me through it step by step over the phone and believe me I am useless 🙃 when it comes to technology but he was great teaching this old dog new tricks!

Great Services
I am with them 10 years. they never let me down. Service level is same all the time from 10 years ago to till now. Absolutely fantastic service. Quality staffs and they are very friendly and helpful. Till system and reports are very easy to use. The company you can trust from my experience.

Fantastic system and support.
Fantastic system, easy to setup and the phone support when we've need it has been superb. Prompt, knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommended. 5 star service!

Really easy to talk to, I'm not a computer person but they guide you through the process and it's easy, also they can fix things while you are talking to them, the man was fixing my problems from his computer excellent service thanks alot

Getting items onto the system is a pain
Being given a new employee to liase with was unfair trying to set up the till was a nightmare
Paying for the service to do this would not have helped the manual seems to be written for another system not ours not impressed at all

We offer access to price files from all major wholesalers, but the nature of the Booker deal that you hold limits such action. Any misgivings about our service will hopefully be rectified with the phone-based training session we have arranged with yourself for this afternoon. I hope this call solves any grievances with your ShopMate till.

The lass who helped me was brill, talked me through the steps to get a receipt printer to work with a older version of til.
