Bought the Shark Vacuum cleaner through shop on TV. Functions and cleaning of the product was absolutely spot on, and to be honest the best Vacuum cleaner I have ever bought, previously was a dyson which annoyingly just blew the dust everywhere. Not so with the Shark Vacuum. Excellent 10/10

Tried it first time and it got a stubborn stain off my grey velvet sofa almost instantly! Miraculous cleaner. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Microfiber cloths arrived in a couple days via royal mail. Still waiting for my pink magic which I believe is being delivered by Evri who are total waste of time why am I still waiting please start sending everything via royal mail or more reliable delivery service it’s now 22/7/26 order placed on the 9/7/26

The watch is first class it came with a free pen which looks the part, but largely irrelevant. Back to the watch, it’s beautiful in design and for once these enough pin holes in the lovely leather strap to fit me without faffing. Another great deal from ShopTv

The product arrived fast. Within in a few days ,but the towels don't stay cold for me that long. I was a little disappointed but I wouldn't say dont buy them. Maybe that's just my experience.

Quick delivery, good service

Expensive purchase (over £200.00) that to date has not been delivered (ordered 8th July).
Unable to track it on the app or even see the order, and I have submitted a complaint.
I am unsure what my next step is. Am I entitled to a refund as I can't afford to write this substantial amount of.

one item all ok it was a repeat the second item the shamies not yIet arrived.iv had one note to say corrier nable to deliver yesterday I was home all day Ive failed in my attemps to contact EVRI so its just wait and see suggest you find a better delivery company if you want people to buy from you

Requested a return and the retailer agreed, however they have failed to send me the return address by email. Going to chase this further through PayPal. I believe I am being given the runaround in the hope I'll give up. Read some very negative responses for ShopOnTV. They are just a marketing company and they do not provide any after sales help.

Absolutely Shocking, the Drone doesn’t work. It will not pair with the phone.

I’ve just put it down to buying a Scam product online which I have never done before. And will never do again.

Publicising and partnering with Vintage Cash Cow (VCC) is not a good shopping experience. Shop On TV make very bold statements about the service offered by VCC, which unfortunately do not hold up. VCC claim to use expert valuers to carefully value your unwanted items in order to maximise the value of your unwanted items - this is unfortunately untrue. There are many, many unsatisfied customers who have received below par and insulting valuations, including myself, that has made this exercise a complete waste of my time. I feel as if I have been conned/scammed by VCC and I will never use or buy anything from this company ever again.
