I only have myself to blame. Did not do the required research into this company and as a result have been the recipient of an overcharged miniature robot vacuum. It doesn't like carpet, goes around in circles getting nowhere. Bit faster wood floors. Having now looked at what I had purchased, my cost was $100(aus) over the cost promulgated by Amazon and Ebay $30(aus). It is what I would consider a scam product, cleverly sold to the unwary. Would like a refund but I won't hang by the neck.

Ordered the pet odor eliminator and have order summary showing same. Received email indicating I would be receiving refrigerator odor eliminator instead. Contacted "Customer Support" only to be told nothing could be done to correct this problem. What A terrible company!!!

Bought a hand held vacuum for use in the car. Once ordered, no order confirmation email so i was worried. Found a number and rang them. A man said he would send the email, I said forget it, just cancel the order and issue a refund. He said, unfortunately, it had been picked , packaged and was with the courier( this was within 8 minutes of my order). What arrived,after 11 days, was like a child's toy. I rang and asked for RETURN details. Nothing, rang three times then a woman said they could refund 25% of the money and I could keep it. NO, Next an email said they will refund 50% and I can keep it. NO After much kafuffle, I got the RETURN instructions.DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. Still awaiting a refund.
