Brilliant customer service
I ordered 2 loungewear sets and wanted to return one. However, I received a full refund, after I explained the cream material was too see through.

Snugzz customer service is second to none: they are a fantastic team, keeping me up to date on a warehouse issue that was delaying despatch of my order. They refunded the cost of my express delivery charge immediately, My changing robe arrived within a few days and I am delighted with the product too. Great products and excellent customer service!

First time user & can’t fault this company. The website is easy to use & there is a great variety of products to choose from for all ages. Items are very reasonably priced & great quality. Great onsies - so warm, so soft and snuggy! I had had never heard of Snuggz but my daughter was desperate for a panda onesie, I had been looking for ages! Wish I had found it sooner.

I wanted to update my previous review on Snuggz clothing. Whereby l thought because l had only received a mobile message receipt my purchase may of been a scam therefore l was concerned.
I am so pleased to say, when the easter weekend break was over, l was contacted by email by snuggz who explained it had been holiday break hence limited communication.
They then kept me upto date of my parcel being sent out.
The parcel arrived very quickly and l am so pleased with my grandaughters dressing gown. The quality is fab, its multicoloured and the colours are great really pop.
I am one happy customer.
Will be buying again.

Lovely coat
Lovely coat. The hood it a little bit too big, but it’s lush.
I’m giving a 3* because I had to pay a fortune to return the coats. I was disappointed in this because the second coat I had ordered they sent the wrong one. It cost me £7+ each to return the coat.
They said that they would only refund if they approve the return so had to return them recorded delivery/signed for to make absolute sure that they get it.

Lovely products exactly as described and pictured on the website. Very good communication throughout ordering and delivery, and I truly felt like a valued customer. I would definitely shop here again (and I recommend the velour tracksuits they are so comfy!).
