I never received my order. Jacob in support services claims they were refused on delivery... NOPE didn't come to MY ADDRESS! Jacob continues to tell me via email that until they receive the delivery package at their location ? unknown? I won't get a refund. I ordered 13 pairs of socks as gifts for many people.
So....where's this package and where's my money?????

Cute Sox for my twelve year grandson’s birthday.

I ordered 2 pairs for my grandchildren. Good quality and quick delivery. However, one pair was too small. As per the returns policy you can return them within 60 days and receive a refund less a restock fee which is fine. 3 emails later and they are insisting I read the returns policy and that i do not need to return them but send a picture of my item! They are not damaged, just wrong size!

Ordering was Easy. There were lots of options to choose from. They are really cute and were very reasonably priced. Great for gifts.The socks also arrived quickly.

Lack of Customer Service

I'm giving them 2 stars because the socks themselves are nice. I still wear several of them and have given them as gifts.

I joined the sock of the month club in August 2021. I thought it was a great deal - 2 socks for $10.00. I happily looked forward to my package every month.

However, sometime in 2022 they switched from 2 socks to 1 sock for the $10.00. I get it, times are tough - but they never gave a heads up about the switch.

Now, December 2022 rolls along and I deceided to cancel my membership - I started get repeat socks which was expected after having it for over a year.

I emailed them telling them to cancel my memebership - they respond acknowledging that it would be cancelled.

January 2023 - I get billed again for the socks. I received the socks and email them again, that I wanted to cancel my membership. Again another email saying my membership would be cancelled.

At that time I thought about writing a review, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt - things can slip through the cracks.

Febraury 2023, I now write a review after getting billed again for something that I had asked to previously cancelled ... not once, but twice.

Like that I can depend on your company to deliver my order and usually very fast~

Socks are of great quality.

The socks were cute and well made. The delivery was fast. Their communication was very concerned that I was happy even though everything was fine.

The variety of designs to select from is very good. The socks are heavier than other designed socks I've ordered online. Order fulfillment, shipping and delivery was quick. Socky Sock provided email updates at every step. I spoke with Customer Service and the rep was personable and knowledge and answered my question quickly. I definitely recommend the socks.
