Shortland Horne Avis 

Have recently sold a property through Shortland Horne. Chris from the sales team gave very helpful advice prior to the property going on the market and progressed the sale very quickly and professionally. Initial paperwork for the sale was also handled very efficiently. Both these aspects would have given a five star rating but unfortunately the after sales contact let the company down. I would have liked to have been updated on progress more often than I was and felt I was left to do the chasing. Pity, because otherwise the service was brilliant. Sue Davis

After being badly advised by a different company and a sale falling through, Shortland Horne quickly sold our house for us with excellent advice meaning we got the best price possible. Viewings were organised well and went smoothly, with as little disruption to family life as possible. The aftercare team were great at chasing the solicitors and helping move the sale forward. Linda was always happy to provide an update.
The only reason it's not a 5 star review is because we gave them a key to conduct viewings and they immediately lost it. Luckily it wasn't marked with any details.
We would definitely recommend Shortland Horne over some other estate agents in Coventry.

We used Shortland Horne for the sale of our late mothers house. Jon was realistic on the valuation of the house, clear on the market position, and extremely easy to trust. The team at the office did what they promised and when. In the closing details of the sale when the rubber hit the road, and for us, when the buyers solicitors asked for documents unrealistically, Sue stepped in to save the day.

Would I recommend Shortland Horne? Yes if you want to leave the selling of your house to those who know the business.

The team all worked together well in order to assist me in the sale of my house. In fact, they went beyond what I expected as I experienced some issues with my tenants who refused to leave the property and the Shortland team helped with relocating them. This was extremely helpful as I was out of the country at the time and could not have done anything without the assistance from Shortland.
