To be honest the plates were delivered quickly and came out perfectly. The issue I thought that I had was that the plates had a blue tint. So I contacted the team on all mediums, it turns out I hadn't taken the plastic film off the top, but they treated me with patience and politeness, much appreciated!

Exactly the same experience with no returned calls or emails.

£70.00 taken, no number plates received. No order confirmation, no tracking details no replies to questions regarding the above.

Likely a company going under and trying to scrape what they can on the way out.

I ordered from this company thinking everything would be ok as they claim to have positive reviews all over their website and everything looked good, more fool me! The countdown clock for ordering for same day dispatch is fake. I waited 2 weeks and tried to cancel but they claimed items had been damaged in transit and had been re sent. When I finally received them I thought they looked OK but not great quality. Within weeks the letters fell off the gel plates. I sent numerous emails that were ignored. I phoned every day and the phone was never answered. I tried the WhatsApp icon on the website and when you click on it, the number doesn't exist. I left voicemails and nothing. I finally managed to get someone to answer after phoning continuously in a row. The guy who answered claimed he didn't have access to emails etc so couldn't check my complaint. He took all my details and order number claiming he would get the director to call me back the same day and weeks later nothing. They basically just take your money and send you shocking quality plates for the price they charge. The plates are all now useless. The company is conveniently registered in Jersey so trading standards in the UK can't do anything. I'm now pursuing other options. My advice would be to avoid this company at all costs. I wish I had looked at the negative reviews on trust pilot first. I'm guessing any positive reviews are fake. They also never reply to negative reviews on trust pilot, which basically sums up the company's attitude.

Wrong items were sent. In fairness I could have incorrectly ordered but no order confirmation was sent by them, so I could not check to see what the order was and then raise any issues. I contacted their service team and they refused to help and then stopped communicating when I pointed out that they had not sent an order confirmation.
I would not recommend using this company.

Do not use these crooks, take your money then you can’t get hold of them on phone or email!!! I’m reporting them to my bank for fraud, and also trading standards!

Awfully misleading, countdown timer on site suggests 5pm cutover for “express delivery” this is false and seemingly the service is not express at all. Customer Services do not respond to calls or emails.

Plates arrived after five days and look ok but the customer service is awful. No confirmation of the order or tracking link and impossible to get a reply from customer service team.

This is the second time I have ordered from you. First time round I had to get a replacement set of plates after a few days as a letter fell off resulting in me driving illegal! 

I recieved my order 4 days ago. Opened it up and NO fixing kit! 

I ordered a fixing kit with the plates! 

Sent email, still waiting on a reply
