From start to finish, the workforce and materials have been first class. Ben was not pushy on the sales visit, but answered all our questions about his products. We decided to go with triple glazing to replace our 20 + years old double glazing.
Ian and Ryan worked like Trojans, only breaking for lunch. They were meticulous in confirming measurements before fitting. They coped with unexpected snags and found solutions. Their workmanship was top notch. They always cleaned up after work each day and left the house tidy.
My wife and I were very impressed with the finished results. We'd certainly recommend the company and their products to others.

The quality of the product is good too bad the service is lacking, had almost 20k worth of windows and doors installed and tried to call in for after sales support only to be filled with empty promises and endless phone calls. For anyone that would want to use this company, they are friendly on the phone but if they ever tell you that they’ll call you back (which is most of the time), 9/10 you won’t get a call back. So much time wasted.

Another thing for anyone that wishes to use this company, if you leave an honest review you will also receive harassment from the director for voicing your opinion and defensively told that any problems you’ve had are now your fault entirely. Great service and attention to care, clearly.

We recently had our conservatory roof replaced and are extremely happy with the result. Fitters Dan and Tony were very professional and polite and kept us updated along the way. The workmanship was excellent, even the cleaning up after.
We would recommend Shropshire Home Improvements they did an amazing job.

This is the second time we have used this company. Very professional instalation of a set of french windows, the installers, were very good and tidy. Would recommend this company.

Love our new door! Daz and Josh ( who also fitted our front door) were fantastic. There were some issues with the existing frame however they didn’t give up. Great job.

Excellent job of replacing french doors. They look great and we are so pleased. Darren and Josh were totally professional and did a great job despite some tricky problems with the existing structure.

We recently had a triple glazed door and toilet window fitted. From survey through to fitting, the whole team were so helpful and very efficient. The fitters were father and son who did an excellent job and left no mess. Very friendly and helpful, look forward to having more window and doors done with the company 😃

The company communicated well throughout the whole process and Daz and Josh got on with the work quietly and efficiently, letting me know what they were doing when necessary.

There was an initial problem with the ordering of the door but I was impressed with how the company managed this.

We had stained glass windows replaced. Very pleased, particularly with the precision of the measurements and the reproduction of the original design.

Recently had the whole of our bungalow re-double glazed.
Throughout the process. Both the admin team and fitters were friendly and professional to the highest standards.
The job was completed in 2 days. All out furniture and carpets were protected .

Changed upstairs windows. Two lovely guys (son and dad). Clean and tidy work. Windows look fantastic. Definitely recommend

Some initial issues with getting the date for the work to be done, but this was quickly resolved. The work undertaken (new facia’s, soffits and guttering) has been of high quality with additional and unplanned “touch-ups” done foc where the fitting team identified an issue while doing the work. The fitting team (Josh and Daz), were a pleasure to deal with, extremely helpful, friendly and informative (although the quality of a couple of dad jokes could improve 🤣). Excellent and efficient work carried out. Transforming a virtually unusable space in to a comfortable extra room. The pvc and “space blanket insulation” has made our conservatory as warm as the rest of the ground floor. Affordable too. Can’t fault this company in any way.
