Scam hosting — fabricated evidence in chargeback dispute

Shulker / ColideLabs is a scam operation. Here's what happened:

1. **Defective service from day one** — their own support admitted in writing their network was "not capable" of handling my server.

2. **Unannounced shutdown** — they took my server completely offline at 5:00 PM without any prior notice, violating their own SLA which requires 24 hours notice.

3. **Fabricated evidence** — when I raised a chargeback, they submitted a maintenance announcement for a completely different node (In-del-2) to my bank, falsely claiming it was notice for my node (in0). Their own "Service Activation Proof" screenshot proves my server was on in0 — not in-del-2. They submitted this knowing it was misleading.

4. **Threats** — when I raised the dispute, the owner threatened deletion of my hosted data.

**To Shulker's inevitable reply saying "we have no record of this customer":** My Razorpay dispute ID is disp_SuRon7R0RtxMYn and bank ODRS ID is 2627AM4326. I have every screenshot, chat log, and document ready.

UPDATE — In response to the merchant's reply: Every claim in this review is documented with timestamps and screenshots. The maintenance announcement they submitted references node In-del-2, while my server was on in0 — their own evidence proves this. The RBI Ombudsman process has now been initiated. I stand by every word above.

Your review is filled with false and misleading claims, and it is disappointing that you continue to repeat allegations that have already been examined during not one, but two separate chargeback disputes, both of which were decided in our favor.

Let’s address the facts:

* You requested a refund three days after your purchase, despite our refund policy clearly stating that refunds are not available after service activation in these circumstances. Your request did not qualify under our published policy.
* Our support never stated that our network was incapable of running your server. We explained that the Eco VPS plan you purchased, which runs on older Intel Xeon v2/v3 processors, was not suitable for the Minecraft network you intended to host. That is a hardware limitation of the plan you selected—not an admission that our infrastructure was defective.
* We categorically deny fabricating any evidence. The evidence submitted during the chargeback process was reviewed by the payment dispute process, and the dispute was resolved in our favor. Had the evidence been fabricated or intentionally misleading, the outcome would have been very different.
* We have never threatened to delete customer data because of a chargeback. Throughout the entire process, you retained full access to your VPS and its data. We had no reason to make such threats, especially given our confidence in the legitimacy of our position.

We respect genuine customer feedback, but we cannot allow objectively false accusations to stand unchallenged. If anyone wishes to verify the facts, we are happy to provide the relevant support tickets, timestamps, and dispute documentation directly to Trustpilot upon request.

My thoughts on Shulker

This is seriously the best server hosting I've ever used. It's not just cheap, but it also has amazing features and is super reliable. And the best part is the Colide AI – it totally changes the game, making server setup so easy and fast. Plus, I haven't had any lag issues at all.

Definition of Best

I’ve used quite a few Minecraft hosting providers over time, and I usually avoid writing reviews unless I genuinely feel a service deserves it. After using Shulker for a while, I can honestly say it has been one of the smoothest hosting experiences I’ve had.

The first thing I noticed was the performance. The server stayed stable even with multiple plugins, farms, and several players online at once. TPS remained consistent, startup times were fast, and I didn’t run into the random lag spikes or unexplained crashes that happen with many budget hosts. The panel is also clean and easy to use without feeling oversimplified. Even if someone is not highly experienced with server management, it’s straightforward to navigate.

One thing I appreciated a lot was the reliability. Backups, file access, plugin management, and restarts all worked properly without unnecessary complications. The hardware quality actually feels reflected in real gameplay performance instead of just being marketing claims on a website.

Support was another strong point for me. Responses were professional, respectful, and actually helpful instead of copy pasted replies. Problems were handled seriously and explanations were clear. That alone already puts them above many hosting companies.

I also want to make it clear that this is an honest review. I’m not writing this because I was asked to, rewarded, or sponsored in any way. I’ve simply had a genuinely positive experience using Shulker, and I think they deserve recognition for providing a reliable and well managed hosting service.

If someone is looking for Minecraft hosting that feels stable, professional, and properly maintained, Shulker is definitely worth considering.

A great server host, been working with Shulker for a year and had almost no problems. Staff support is great and they can help you get problems fixed in 10 minutes or less.
