I booked the storage room online
I booked the storage room online, hence all the info I needed was presented very clearly. Later I was contacted by email and set up an appointment date and time for the handover.
The process went smooth and quick. Very friendly and assertive staff.
The facility is very well designed and maintained.

Bestes Self Storage in Berlin
Bestes Self Storage in Berlin, netteste Mitarbeiter. Super hilfreich. Besonders Yen, hat mich beeindruckt. Sie hat eine gesamte Palette samt Ladung mit Zeigefinger und Daumen hochgehoben und sie mir in den Fahrstuhl getragen, obwohl sie mir eigentlich nur meinen Raum zeigen wollte. Unter dem anderen Arm hat sie meinen Sprinter genommen, um ihn auf einen Parkplatz zu tun. Nachdem sie mir den 4qm Lagerraum mit super Schloss gezeigt hat fuhren wir wieder im Fahrstuhl herunter, den ich mit meiner persönlichen PIN steuern konnte. Erst hier bemerkte ich, dass sie die Fahrstuhlseile per Hand zog.
Starke Leistung Yen. Vielen Dank!

I asked one of the staff for assistance…
I asked one of the staff for assistance bringing in some boxes from a taxi just outside the building. One of the guys sighed pretty heavily and asked if how much stuff there was. There was only a couple of boxes but I was carrying bags and had my hands full. It wasn't a friendly service. I thought it had said on the website that the staff could help during office hours so I was confused at their dismay of me asking. However in the end he did help. The other staff were more pleasant. The facility itself was fine and easy enough to navigate
. Simply a bit unfriendly and unwelcoming in terms of customer service
