Leider nicht empfehlenswert. Besondere Vorsicht bei Angeboten und bei der Anmietung. Keine direkte Erreichbarkeit der einzelnen Filialen und unterschiedliche Angaben oder sogar falsche Aussagen zu den Mietverträgen und den allgemeinen Bedingungen.

Das System ist gut
Also Das System, dass man alles mit dem Handy machen kann und technisch gesehen nicht einmal Persönlich vorsprechen muss, finde ich sehr gut. Und die Technik ist sehr ausgereift, Blöd finde ich jedoch, dass ich an meinem ersten Tag von der Mitarbeiterin vor Ort als ich gefragt hab, wie ich ins Gebäude reinkomme gesagt bekommen habe, dass ich mir einfach die E-Mails durchlesen muss und dann erst mal das alles Verstehen musste mit dem Zugang über das Tor durch das Handy war nicht so einfach. Ich hätte mir da etwas mehr Unterstützung gewünscht. Aber vielleicht hat die Kollegin auch einfach einen schlechten Tag. Ansonsten genauso wie erwartet bin vollkommen zufrieden. Nur die Miete ist etwas hoch. Selber Anbieter anderer Stadtteil 40€ statt 60€ aber hyy Gute Anbindung

Rund um zufrieden. Es wird viel einem bei der Buchung bis zum Einzug viel Organisatorisches abgenommen, so dass man sich nur auf die Einlagerung konzentrieren muss.
