Nevil was such a professional chap and talked us through the entire process and various options.. within two weeks we had our beautiful shutters fitted but Nevil himself!

Pricing is on point and Nevil is a dream!

This is the 2nd visit from Lee McGuinness, he fitted the lounge shutters previously and weve had him back to complete the upstairs bedrooms. We are very happy with the finished products. Lees professionalism and customer care is very much welcomed when trying to make sure you choose the right product. He tidied up as he went along and even left us with some spare accessories should we need them. Great service all round.

The quality is great. The colleague who visited and fitted the shutters was very good, (Alfie), and explained everything about the design etc.
The reason for only giving a 3 star is down to the after care service. I am still waiting for them to get back to me after 3 weeks now. After spending a lot of money I do not find this acceptable
